Պատրաստման եղանակները
Խմորի պատրաստման համար բոլոր բաղադրիչները միասին խանել և թողնել մի քիչ հանգստանա:
Ապա վերցնել 200գր. խմոր, գրտնակել, երկու կողմից պտտացնել դեպի մեջտեղ, ինչպես ցույց է տրվում նկարում: Հետո այդ խմորից ստանալ աջարական խաչապուրու տեսք: Ջեռոցամանը ալյուրով պատել և խմորը դնել վրան:
Մեկ ձու հարել և քսել խմորի վրա: Ապա պանիրը, սառած կարագը քերիչով անցկացնել և 1 ձվի հետ միասին խառնել և լցնել, հետո լցնել խմորի մեջ և տարածել:
Ջեռոցը նախապես տաքացնել 200 աստիճան ջերմաստիճանում: Խմորը դնել ջեռոցում և եփել 10 րոպե, ապա հանել խմորը, անցք բացել խմորի մեջ և ձուն լցնել այդ անցքում: Կրկին դնել ջեռոցը և եփել այնքան, մինչև պատրաստ կլինի:
