2. Հաճախ ժպտացեք: Ժպիտը փոխակերպում է ցանկացած դեմք` նրան գրավչություն տալով: Հետո էլ, այն ի վիճակի է ձեր եւ շրջապատի համար լավ տրամադրություն ստեղծել: 

3. Մեջքն ուղիղ պահեք: Միշտ ուշադրություն դարձրեք ձեր կեցվածքին: Գլուխը պետք է մի քիչ բարձրացված լինի, ուսերը` իջեցված եւ հետ տարված:

5. Գնահատեք սեփական մարմինը եւ նրա ամենօրյա ջանքերը: Եվ ինչ տարբերություն, թե ինչ չափսի հագուստ եք կրում, ինչ մարմնաձեւեր ունեք: Մարմինը ձեր հավատարիմ դաշնակիցը եւ զինակիցն է, որն ամեն օր կատարում է ձեր բազմաթիվ առաջադրանքներ: Գնահատեք դա: 

6. Ձեր թերությունները արժանիքի վերածեք: Որոշ հայտնիներ կատարելապես տիրապետում են այդ տեխնիկային` թերությունն իսկական ադամանդի վերածելու: Փորձեք եւ  սեփական «թերություններից»  բողոքելու փոխարեն, սիրեք դրանք եւ դրանք վերածեք վառ արժանիքների եւ առանձնահատուկ գծերի: 

7. Բացահայտորեն արտահայտեք ձեզ եւ ձեր անհատականությունը: Որքան ավելի բաց լինեք աշխարհի առաջ, նրա գեղեցկության, այնքան ավելի գրավիչ եւ անսովոր տեսք կունենաք ուրիշների աչքում: 

8. Սպորտով զբաղվեք եւ մարմինն ճկուն պահեք: Դա թույլ կտա ոչ միայն սլացիկ եւ ձգված մնալ, այլեւ կբարձրացնի օրգանիզմում  էնդորֆինների մակարդակը, ինչը դրականորեն կազդի ձեր տրամադրության եւ արտաքին տեսքի վրա:
