Ռուսաստանում բանկերը գումարների փոխանցման ժամանակ սկսել են պարզել ազգակցական կապը

Ռուսաստանի բանկերը սկսել են պարզել հաճախորդների ազգակցական կապը այն անձանց հետ, որոնց ցանկանում են փոխանցել մեծ գումարներ, գրում է РИА Новости-ն։
Այդպիսի փոխանցման փորձի դեպքում գործարքը սկզբում արգելափակվում է։ Հետո բանկի աշխատակիցը կապ է հաստատում հաճախորդի հետ և հարցնում է մանրամասներ՝ ներառյալ ստացողի ամբողջական տվյալները և նրա ազգակցական կապը հաճախորդի հետ։ Բացի այդ, կարող են հետաքրքրվել, թե ինչ նպատակով են նախատեսված այդ գումարները։
ՌԴ Կենտրոնական բանկի տեղեկատվական անվտանգության վարչության տնօրեն Վադիմ Ուվարովը նշել է, որ բանկերը ստուգում են բոլոր փոխանցումները՝ հնարավոր խարդախության նշանների համար և կասեցնում կասկածելի գործարքները՝ գումարների հափշտակման հավանականությունը նվազեցնելու նպատակով։
2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ կմտնի փոխանցումների խարդախության նոր ցուցակ, որտեղ կավելացվի երկու նոր կետ՝ օնլայն-բանկում մուտքի համար հեռախոսահամարի փոփոխությունը և Արագ վճարումների համակարգով մեծ գումարի փոխանցումն ինքն իրեն։
Ավելի վաղ՝ 2024 թվականի հուլիսին, Կենտրոնական բանկը ընդլայնել էր կասկածելի գործարքների ցուցակը մինչև վեց կետ, որոնցով բանկերը պետք է առաջնորդվեն կանխարգելման համար․
փոխանցումներ այն հաշիվներին, որոնցով նախկինում կատարվել են խարդախություններ,
տվյալներ ստացողի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի մասին,
արտաքին աղբյուրների տեղեկատվություն՝ օրինակ՝ կապի օպերատորներից հաճախորդի անսովոր ակտիվության վերաբերյալ,
փոխանցումներ այն հաշիվներին, որոնք ընդգրկված են ԿԲ խարդախ հաշիվների բազայում,
հաճախորդի համար ոչ բնորոշ գործարքներ՝ գումարի չափով, հաճախականությամբ, ժամանակով կամ վայրով,
գործարք կատարելու փորձ այն սարքից, որը նախկինում օգտագործվել է խարդախների կողմից և գրանցված է ԿԲ տվյալների բազայում։
