Ծխելու վատ սովորությունից ազատվելու երկու խորհուրդ

Դուք որոշում եք հրաժարվել ծխախոտից, բայց չգիտեք ինչպես դա անել: Նախ և առաջ պետք է տարբերել ինչի՞ց է ձեր կախվածությունը, քանի որ միանշանակ չէ, որ ձեր օրգանիզմի մոտ կախվածությունը առաջացել է հենց նիկոտինից: Հավանաբար դուք պարզապես սովորել եք պարբերաբար հինգ րոպե հատկացնել ծխելու համար և այդ ընթացքը ձեզ դուր է գալիս:
Հավանաբար ծխախոտը ձեզ համար միջոց է մտածել ինչ-որ բանի մասին, կամ շփվել այլ մարդկանց հետ: Դա շատ լավ եղանակ է ժամանակը սպանելու համար, որովհետև առանց ծխախոտի ձանձրալի է:
Ինչո՞վ փոխարինել ծխախոտը.
Այս դեպքում լավ որոշում կլինի էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտի գնումը: Անհրաժեշտություն չկա խուսափել հասարակական վայրերից և թաքցնել հոտը մատներից, հագուստից և մաստակծամել: Բացի այդ էլ էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտներն այժմ նորաձև են:
Բայց եթե վերոնշյալները քեզ չեն վերաբերվում և չծխելը առաջացնում է վատ ինքնազգացողություն, սրվում է հոտառությունը, սկսվում է հազ և թոքերում առաջանում է դատարկության տհաճ զգացողություն, ապա պետք է օգտագործեք նիկոտինային կպչուն ժապավեն (պլաստիր): Այդպիսով նիկոտինը փոքր չափաբաժնով անցնում է արյան մեջ, բայց չի վնասում թոքերը:
Եթե այնուամենայնիվ դուք չեք կարողանում հաղթահարել նիկոտինային կախվածությունը և չգիտեք, թե այն ինչից է, ապա միացրեք այս երկու միջոցները, այն կօգնի ձեզ ավելի հեշտ հաղթահարել կախվածությունը:
