Մրգերով հարուստ սննդակարգը կարող է օգնել մարդուն պաշտպանվել քաղցկեղից: Բազմաթիվ հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզ է դարձել, որ քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը նվազում է 40%-ով:

1. Կարմիր խնձոր
Գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են, որ կարմիր գույն ունեցող մրգերը նվազեցնում են կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը: Կարոտինոիդները, որոնց շնորհիվ միրգը ունենում է կարմիր, նարնջագույն կամ դեղին գույն, ունեն հակաքաղցկեղային հատկություն: Խնձորը պետք է ուտել կեղևի հետ միասին:
2. Մանգո
Բազմաթիվ հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզ է դարձել, որ կանայք, ում սննդակարգում շատ է մանգոն, քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու ռիսկը մի քանի անգամ ցածր է: Պոլիֆենոլները, որոնք առկա են մանգոյի մեջ, ունեն հակաօքսիդանտ հատկություն, նվազեցնում են սթրեսը, որը կարող է բերել քաղցկեղի զարգացմանը: Այս նյութը նվազեցնում է օրգանիզմում առկա բորբոքային պրոցեսները:
3. Ցիտրուսային մրգեր
Թուրինջը, նարինջը և կիտրոնը հարուստ են վիտամին C-ով: Այս վիտամինը օգնում է պայքարել քաղցկեղածին բջիջների դեմ: Վիտամին C-ն օգնում է նվազեցնել թոքերի, ստամոքսի կոկորդի և կաթնագեղձերի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը:
4. Կիվի
Կիվիի մեջ պարունակվում է մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամին C: Այս մրգում վիտամին C-ի պարունակությունը 12 անգամ ավելի շատ է, քան նարինջի մեջ, 30 անգամ ավելի, քան խնձորի և 60 անգամ ավելի շատ, քան խաղողի մեջ: Կիվին նույնպես հանդիսանում է շատ լավ միջոց քաղցկեղի առաջացման ռիսկը նվազեցնելու համար:
5. Ավոկադո
Ավոկադոյում պարունակվում է լյուտեին և ճարպեր: Այս մրգի մեջ պարունակվում է ուժեղ ազդեցություն ունեղող հակաօքսիդանտ։ Ավոկադոյի մեջ պարունակվում մեծ քանակությամբ բետա-կարոտին: Այս միրգը օգնում է պայքարել բերանի հատվածում առաջացող քաղցկեղի դեմ:
6. Ազնվամորի
Ազնվամորու մեջ պարունակվում են մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամիններ և հակաօքսիդանտներ: Այս հատապտուղը կարող է կանխարգելել քաղցկեղի որոշ տեսակների առաջացումը: Բացի այդ ազնվամորին օգնում է պայքարել աղիների քաղցկեղի և այլ տեսակի ուռուցքների դեմ: Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս օգտագործել օրական 40 գրամ այս հատապտուղից:
