Ինչպե՞ս դադարեցնել ծխելը, եթե նույնիսկ այն շատ դժվար է

Անկախ այն բանից, թե ինչպես եք օգտագործում, ծխախոտը վտանգավոր է ձեր առողջության համար: Ծխախոտային ցանկացած արտադրանքի մեջ առկա են միայն առողջության համար վտանգավոր նյութեր՝ ացետոնից ու խեժից մինչև նիկոտին և ածխածնի երկօքսիդ: Նյութերը, որոնք դուք շնչում եք, ազդում են ոչ միայն ձեր թոքերի, այլև ամբողջ մարմնի վրա:
Մտածեք ձեր առողջության մասին և դադարեցրեք ծխախոտի օգտագործումը: Այս խնդիրը հեշտացնելու համար Past.am-ը կօգնի ձեզ մի քանի պարզ գործողությունների ներկայացմամբ.
- Մի գնեք ծխախոտ մեծ քանակությամբ։
- Մի ծխեք ծխախոտը մինչև վերջ, քանի որ ծխախոտի գլանակի հենց վերջին հատվածում են ամենավնասակար բաղադրիչները։
- Փորձեք ամեն օր 1-2-ով նվազեցնել ձեր ծխած ծխախոտի քանակը։
- Ծխախոտը փոխարինեք մարմնամարզությամբ, զբոսանքով։
- Առավոտյան արթնանալուն պես մի ծխեք:
- Երբեք մի ծխեք, այն պատճառով, որ ձեր ընկերները նույնպես ծխում են: Հիշեք, յուրաքանչյուր մարդ անհատ է, ով ունի իր սեփական ցանկություններով ապրելու իրավունքը։
- Երբեք մի հայտարարեք ուրիշներին. «Ես թողնում եմ ծխելը»:
- Ծխելու ցանկությունը գալիս է ալիքներով. փորձեք դիմակայել և կամքի ուժ դրսևորել։
- Աշխատեք հեռու մնալ այն միջավայրից, որտեղ ծխում են, քանի որ ծխախոտի հոտը կարող է ցանկություն առաջացնել։
Առաջին 5-7 օրվա ընթացքում դուք պետք է հետևեք մի քանի պարզ գործողությունների․
- Խմեք ավելի շատ հեղուկներ:
- Մի խմեք թունդ թեյ կամ սուրճ, սա սրում է ծխախոտի ցանկությունը:
- Կերեք ավելի շատ թարմ բանջարեղեն և մրգեր:
- Ամեն օր կերեք մեկ գդալ մեղր՝ այն օգնում է լյարդին մաքրել օրգանիզմը վնասակար նյութերից։
- Ձեր ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը պետք է բարձր լինի:
- Ամեն օր ցնցուղ ընդունեք։
