Երգչուհի Ադելը սկզբնական շրջանում հիշվում է որպես գեր երգչուհի: Առաջնեկի ծնվելուց հետո նա ավելի շատ գերացավ: Սակայն նոր ալբոմ թողարկելուց հետո նա զարմացրեց երկրպագուներին՝ ամբողջովին փոխված կազմվածքով:
Ադելը լրագրողներին պատմել է իր նիհարելու գաղտնիքները: Նրա նոր կազմվածքը ամենօրյա մարմնամարզության հետևանք է: Նա ամեն օր այցելում է մարզասրահ՝ չնայած այն բանի, որ տանել չի կարողանում մարզվել: Բոլոր վարժություններից նրան ավելի շատ դուր է գալիս շտանգայով վարժությունները:
27-ամյա երգչուհին անկեղծ խոստովանում է, որ շատ հաճախ ամաչում է մարզիչից՝ իր ոչ գրավիչ կազմվածքի պատճառով:
Այս ամենի հետ համընթաց՝ նա հետևում է նաև իր սննդակարգին և շատ ուտելիքներից զրկում է իրեն: Նա աշխատում է զերծ մնալ ճարպոտ և կծու սննդից և նաև զրկել է իրեն շաքարավազից:
Երգչուհին դարձել է բանջարեղենային և մրգային հյութերի «երկրպագու»:
Ադելի կերպարանափոխությունը նկատվում է իր վերջին՝ Hello տեսահոլովակի մեջ: Ընդամենը 1 օրում տեսահոլովակը հավաքեց 23.5 միլիոն դիտում, որը խփել է բոլոր ռեկորդները:
