LIFEԱմուսինս տառապում էր օստեոխոնրոզից, նրան տանջում էին գոտկատեղի, ողնաշարի ցավերը, հաճախ նա չէր կարողանում նույնիսկ քայլել;
Նրա ընկերներից մեկը նրան խորհուրդ էր տվել կատարել այս վարժությունը և դա փրկեց նրան:
Նա խորհուրդ էր տվել 1,5 լիտրանոց պոլիէթիլենային շշի մեջ տաք ջուր լցնել և դա հատակին գլորել մեջքով: Նա փորձեց և ցավերը սկսեցին մեղմանալ, և շուտով լիովին անցան: Վարժությունը շատ պարզ է :
Պետք է մեջքի վրա պառկել գորգին, գոտակտեղի հատվածում դնել տաք ջրով լցված 1,5 լիտանոց պոլիէթիլենային շիշ և բարձրանալով արմունկներին 15 րոպե գլորել մինչև ծոծրակ և հակառակը: Ընդամնեը 15 րոպե: Սկզբում դժվար է լինում վարժությունը կատարելը, հետո աստիճանաբար ստացվում է:
Ահա և պարզ ու արդյունավետ վարժությունը:
Պետք է կատարել օրը երկու անգամ ՝առավոտյան 15 րոպե և երեկոյան 15 րոպե:
