«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Երկար տարիներ է՝ լրատվամիջոցները ահազանգում են գովազդային վահանակների անճաշակության ու շատ դեպքերում տեքստերն օրենքի խախտումներով ներկայացնելու մասին: Խնդիրն այն է, որ կա գործող օրենք, որի համաձայն խանութի ցուցանակը կամ գովազդային վահանակը պետք է առաջին հերթին հայերեն լեզվով գրված լինի: Դրանից հետո, ավելի փոքր տառաչափով կարող է նաև այլ լեզուներով ներկայացված լինել: 
 
Բացի այդ, քիչ չի գրվել նաև այն մասին, որ տառասխալներով վահանակների պակաս նույնպես չկա, և դա նույնպես ազդում է Երևանի արտաքին տեսքի վրա: Տարբեր վահանակների միջև գունային հարմոնիայի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող: Դրա պատճառով տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ ոչ թե մայրաքաղաքում ենք ապրում, այլ մի մեծ շուկայում: Կարճ ասած՝ կարծես թե այս ամենի վերջն եկել է, ու այսուհետ ամեն ինչ ըստ դասակարգման է լինելու: 
 
Արթուր Մեսչյանի՝ Երևանի գլխավոր ճարտարապետ նշանակվելուց հետո կարծես Երևանը սկսել է նորովի շնչել: Քաղաքային միջավայրի բարելավման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում՝ ապամոնտաժվում են ապօրինի վահանակներն ու ցուցանակները: Ապամոնտաժվում են առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության, օրենսդրության պահանջների և Երևան քաղաքի արտաքին գովազդի հայեցակարգին չհամապատասխանող գովազդային վահանակները: Ու թեև, ինչպես միշտ՝ այս գործընթացը կրկին մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնից են սկսել, բայց հույս կա, որ նոր իշխանությունները նախկինների նման միայն կենտրոնով չեն սահմանափակվի և նույն ջանասիրությամբ կարգի կբերեն նաև Երևանի ծայրամասերը: 
 
Ի դեպ, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը տեղեկություն է տարածել, որ արտաքին գովազդի տեղադրումը կամ տեղաբաշխումն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու «Երևան քաղաքի վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին լիազորություններ պատվիրակելու և արտաքին գովազդի տեղաբաշխման կամ տեղադրման, համայնքային կանոնները հաստատելու մասին 18.11.2009թ. N37–Ն որոշման» համաձայն և Երևան քաղաքի արտաքին գովազդի հայեցակարգին համապատասխան:
 
Այսինքն, նախօրոք, մինչև արտաքին գովազդ տեղադրելը անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ համապատասխան թույլտվություն: 
 
Տնտեսվարողների շրջանում ստեղծված անորոշությունը մեղմելու համար «Փաստն» առաջիկայում կանդրադառնա այդ թույլտվության տրամադրման մանրամասներին և կներկայացնի, թե ինչ քայլերից է անհրաժեշտ սկսել ու ավարտել: Այսինքն, թե ծառայությունն ինչ արժե, ինչքան ժամկետներում է թույլտվությունը տրամադրվում և այլն: Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ արձանագրենք, որ մայրաքաղաքը սկսում է նորովի շնչել, և հույս կա, որ հետագա լուծումներն ավելի ճաշակով կլինեն:
