Մինչեւ ճաշը քնելը, երկար ցերեկային քունը կամ երեկոյան ննջելու ցանկությունը խախտում է բնական ցիկլը։ Դա չի նշանակում, թե հանգստյան օրերին չի կարելի լրացուցիչ քնել, բայց պետք է քնել սովորականից առավելագույնը 30 րոպե ավելի։

Ալկոհոլի մեծ քանակությունը կարող է ազդել ձեր գրաֆիկի եւ քնի որակի վրա։ Այն առհասարակ կարող է ազդել ամբողջ օրվա վրա։ Չնայած ալկոհոլն օգնում է արագ քնել, բայց հետո բացասաբար է ազդում արագ քնի վրա։
