Աղջիկների մեծամասնությունը երազում է երկար մազերի մասին: Մազերի արագ աճին նպաստում է ճիշտ սննդակարգը:
1. Սաղմոն
Ճարպային օմեգա 3 թթուները, որոնք պարունակվում են ձկան մեջ, ամրացնում են ֆուլիկուլները և նպաստում են մազերի արագ աճին: Հենց սաղմոնն, այս ամենից բացի, պարունակում է B12 վիտամին և երկաթ, որն նույնպես նպաստում է մազերի արագ աճին:
2. Ոստրեներ
Ոստրեները մեծ քանակությամբ ցինկ են պարունակում, ինչը ոչ միայն նպաստում է մազերի արագ աճին, այլև փայլ է հաղորդում դրանց: Իհարկե, ամեն օր հնարավոր չի լինի ոստրեներ ուտել, սակայն կարելի է դրա փոխարեն սննդակարգ մտցնել տավարի լյարդ, միս, խոզի միս, որոնք նույնպես ցինկ են պարունակում:

Նուշը պարունակում է վիտամին E, որը նպաստում է մազերի արագ աճին և առողջությանը: Բացի այդ՝ այն պարունակում է բիոտին, ճարպային թթուներ և B խմբի վիտամիններ:
6. Դդմի սերմեր
Դդմի սերմերը պարունակում են В1, В2, В3, В4 վիտամիններ, որոնք նպաստում են մազերի արագ աճին, նաև В5 և В6 վիտամիններ, որոնք ապահովում են գլխամաշկի առողջությունը:
7. Ոսպ
Ոսպը պարունակում է մեծ քանակությամբ երկաթ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է մազերի առողջ աճի համար:
