Չոր խմորիչ-11 գրամ (կամ 50-60 գ թաց խմորիչ)
Ալյուր-1-1.3 կգ
Ձու-6 հատ
Կարագ-200 գրամ
Շաքարավազ- 250-300 գրամ
Չամիչ -300 գրամ
Վանիլային շաքար-1 թեյի գդալ
Աղ- երկու պտղունց
Ջնարակի բաղադրությունը՝
Ձվի սպիտակուց- 2 հատ
Շաքարավազ -100 գրամ
Կաթը եռացնել ու ավելացնել 2 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ
Ավելացնել խմորիչն ու խառնել
Ավելացնել 200գր ալյուր, խառնել
Փակել անձեռոցիկով կամ սրբիչով ու տաք տեղում դնել
Խմորիչը պետք է չափսերով մեծանա
Ձվի դեղնուցն ու սպիտակուցը անջատել ու դեղնուցը շաքարավազի հետ խառնել
Վանիլին աելացնել ու խառնել
Սպիտակուցին 0,5 թեյի գդալ աղ ավելացնել ու խառնել՝ մինչև փրփուր դառնալը
Խմորիչին դեղնուց ավելացնել ու խառնել
Ավելացնել փափկեցրած կարագն ու խառնել
Ավելացնել նաև սպիտակուցն ու խառնել
Ավելացնել մնացած ալյուրն ու խմոր հունցել։ Խմորը չպետք է շատ պինդ լինի, սակայն չպետք է նաև ձեռքերին կպչի
Փակել սրբիչով ու տաք տեղում դնել
Մոտավորապես 30 րոպեի ընթացքում խմորը պետք է բարձրանա
Չամիչը լվանալ ու չորացնել
Խառնել խմորին
Փակել սրբիչով ու դնել տաք տեղում
30 րոպեից այն պետք է բարձրացած լինի
Հատուկ տարան կարագապատել ու լցնել խմորը
Փակել սրբիչով ու տաք տեղում դնել
Խմորը բարձրանալուց հետո 100 աստիճան տաքացած ջեռոցը դնել ու թողնել 10 րոպե։ Այնուհետև ավելացնել մինչև 180 աստիճան և մինչև թխվելը թողնել ևս 30 րոպե։
Սպիտակուցը մեկ պտղունց աղով հարել, ավելացնել շաքարավազը, այն լցնել կուլիչի վրա: Կուլիչը կարելի է ձևավորել շոկալդե տարբեր գույների փաթիլներով:
