Մինսկը եւ Թբիլիսին ընդգծում են տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հանգուցային հարցերի շուրջ կառուցողական համագործակցություն հաստատելու իրենց ձգտումը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է Բելառուսի եւ Վրաստանի նախագահներ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի եւ Գեորգի Մարգվելաշվիլիի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ: Այդ փաստաթուղթը, որը մարտի 1-ին ստորագրվել Է Մինսկում, ամփոփում Է երկու ղեկավարների հանդիպման արդյունքները:
«Կողմերը, նշելով աճող մարտահրավերներ եւ սպառնալիքները, դրանց բացասական ազդեցությունը աշխարհի ու տարածաշրջանի իրադրության վրա, հավաստում են միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում գլոբալ եւ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության հանգուցային հարցերի շուրջ կառուցողական փոխգործակցության ձգտումը»,- ասված Է հայտարարության մեջ:
