Բացի այն կոսմետիկ միջոցներից, որոնք մենք օգտագործում ենք ամեն օր մաշկը երիտասարդ և առողջ պահելու համար, պետք է իմանալ, որ մաշկի առողջությունը կախված է նաև սննդակարգի մաս կազմող մթերքից, բանջարեղենից, մրգերից:
Հատապտուղներ և կիտրոն - Հատապտուղները պարունակում են հակաօքսիդանտներ, որոնք երիտասարդացնում են մաշկը, որոնք կազատեն ձեր օրգանիզմը թույներից: Կիտրոնը վիտամին C-ի աղբյուր է, մի հզոր հակաօքսիդանտ, որը բարձրացնում և ամրացնում է կալոգենի արտազատումը:
Ընկուզեղեն - Սրանք հարուստ են վիտամին B-ով և E-ով, որը պաշտպանում է մաշկը վնասվածքներից: Վիտամին E-ն հզոր հակաօքսիդանտ է, որն ակտիվ պայքարում է ազատ ռադիկալների դեմ: Վիտամին B1-ը լավացնում է շրջանառությունը և մաշկին տալիս առողջ և երիտասարդ փայլ: Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք չէ չափից շատ օգտագործել այս ընդեղենը, քանի որ դրանք բարձր կալորիականություն ունեն:
Խնձոր - Խնձորն իր մեջ պարունակում է վիտամին C և պղինձ, որը պաշտպանում է մաշկն արևի վնասակար ճառագայթներից:
Կաղամբ - Կաղամբը պարունակում է բուսական սնուցիչներ, որոնք մաշկին տալիս են հավելյալ պաշտպանություն արևի ճառագայթներից:
