Մամուլում կրկին խոսակցություններ են շրջանառվում Արամի 9 հացեում գտնվող Արամ Մանուկյանի տան, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ տան մնացորդների քանդման մասին։ Այս տարածքը, ի դեպ, Արամ Մանուկյանի տան հետ միասին ճանաչվել է Հանրային գերակա շահ և տրվել է «Օլդ Սիթի» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությանը։
Թե սովորաբար նման դեպքերում ինչպես են դեպքերը զարգանում, առավել քան հայտնի է։ Ոչ վաղ անցյալում նույնպես գերակա հանրային շահ ճանաչված Արամի 30 հացեում գտնվող շենքը քանդվեց գիշերը, տարածքը ձեռք բերած անհատըբացահայտ նշեց, որ գիշերով է քանդել, որ լրագրողներն ու քաղաքացիները աղմուկ չբարձրացնեն։ Ինչևէ, չի բացառվում, որ մի օր էլ առավոտյան քանդված տեսնենք ԱրամՄանուկյանի տունը, որից առանց այն էլ շատ քիչ բան է մնացել։
Այստեղ հարցը զուտ բարոյական նշանակություն ունի՝ ինչպե՞ս ենք մենք վերաբերվում պատմական հուշարձաններին։ Ավելին, Արամ Մանուկյանի տունը խորհրդանշական արժեք ունի ոչ միայն ճարտարապետության տեսանկյունից, ի վերջո, մենք գործ ունենք Հայաստանի առաջին հանրապետության հիմնադիրներից մեկի անվան հետ։ Եվ այստեղ Արամ Մանուկյանի տան ոչ միայն քանդելը, այլև ներկայիս՝ տասնամյակներ շարունակվող բարձիթողի վիճակը պարզապես մեր պատկան մարմինների ամոթն է, քանի որ այդ տունը վաղուց պետք է վերանորոգված ու թանգարանի վերածված լիներ։
Հասկանալի է, այն գտնվում է չափազանց թանկարծեք բիզնես տարածքում, որը կարող էր ծառայել շատ ավելի եկամտաբեր բաների, բայց գոնե այս դեպքում կարելի է անտեսել հայրենական օլիգարխիայի շահերը և փոքր-ինչ հարգանք ցուցաբերել պետականության ու նրա խորհրդանիշների նկատմամբ։
Վերջապես պետք է շեշտել, որ Արամ Մանուկյանի տան շուրջ կուտակված այս թնջուկը դառնալու է Մշակույթի նորանշանակ նախարարի փորձաքարը։ Կկարողանա՞ արդյոք Արմեն Ամիրյանը փրկել այս հուշարձանը, թե՞ ոչ, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։ Իհարկե, Ամիրյանըկարող է նաև ասել, որանզոր է, քանի որ իր նշանակումից առաջ ամեն ինչ արդեն որոշված է եղել, սակայն դրանից շատ բան չի փոխվի և Ամիրյանի պաշտոնավարումը կսկսվի ոչ թե կառուցելով, այլ քանդելով։
Կարծում ենք, որ նման պայմաններումՄշակույթի նորանշանակ նախարարը բոլոր ջանքերը պետք է գործադրիշենքը փրկելու և դրանով իսկ հասարակական վստահություն վաստակելու համար։
