«Ժամանակ». ՀԱՊԿ անդամներին կհաջողվի թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի Մոսկվան այս կառույցը վերածի Արեւմուտքի դեմ գործիքի

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Դեպի ուր կփորձի Ռուսաստանն առաջ տանել իր քաղաքականությունը ՀԱՊԿ միջոցով երեւանյան գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ այդ գագաթնաժողովը տեղի է ունենում մի աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակում, երբ էլ ավելի են սրվել, կարելի է ասել նույնիսկ նոր փուլի են հասել Արեւմուտքի եւ ՌԴ հակասությունները։

Եվ ահա, երբ այս պարագայում ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Բորդյուժան Երեւանում հայտարարում է, որ առկա աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունները պահանջում են ամրացնել ՀԱՊԿ ռազմական ներուժը, դա իհարկե հիմքեր է տալիս տագնապելու, որ Արեւմուտքի հետ դիմակայության սրումը Ռուսաստանին կարող է մղել ՀԱՊԿ-ն վերածել իր ձեռքում այդ դիմակայության ավելի սուր գործիքի։

Մի բան է այստեղ հույս ներշնչում, որ այս հեռանկարը ՀԱՊԿ-ում Ռուսաստանից բացի, ըստ էության խորքային առումով ձեռնտու չէ եւ ոչ մի անդամի։ Այդ տեսանկյունից հատկանշական է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի Երեւանյան գագաթնաժողովից մի քանի օր առաջ Բելառուսի նախագահ Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել էր, որ Բելառուսը Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցն ու եղբայրական պետությունն է, սակայն չի պատրաստվում կռվել Ռուսաստանի համար թեժ հակամարտության որեւէ գոտում, այլ կերպ ասած, Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, որ չի ներգրավվի ՌԴ-Արեւմուտք հակամարտությունում։

Պետք է հուսալ, որ նույն մոտեցումն է դավանում նաեւ Ղազախստանը։ Այս երկու երկրներն, իհարկե, ՀԱՊԿ-ում այն սուբյեկտներն են, որոնք կարող են դիմակայել Ռուսաստանին։ Այլապես, մեծ են կասկածները, որ հակառակ պարագայում ՀԱՊԿ-ն գործիք, այն էլ սուր գործիք դարձնելու ՌԴ կամքին, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կարող էին եւ չդիմակայել, որքան էլ որ չէին կարող չհասկանալ, թե դա ինչ բարդություններով եւ վտանգներով է հղի Հայաստանի համար։

Այսպիսով, երեւանյան գագաթնաժողովում գլխավոր ինտրիգը հանդիսանում է այն, թե արդյոք մասնակիցներին կհաջողվի՞ բացահայտորեն, ուղիղ դիմադրությամբ, կամ որոշակի ենթատեքստային միջոցներով թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ն վերածի Արեւմուտքի հետ հակասությունների սրման նոր փուլում ավելի ակտիվ կամ կոշտ մի գործիքի։

 Այն, որ այդ գործիքը Հայաստանի անվտանգության հետ ըստ էության ոչ մի կապ չունի, մենք համոզվել ենք մեր պետության մաշկի վրա, մեր 102 քաղաքացիների կյանքի գնով՝ ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին»:
