Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այցելել է Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղեր (լուսանկարներ)

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի, ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ համայնքներ, ծանոթացել սահմանային գոտում առկա իրավիճակին, այնտեղ իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքին և խնդիրներին. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունը:


Կառավարության ղեկավարի առաջին կանգառը եղել է Պառավաքար համայնքը: Բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանը Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն, անդրադառնալով սահմանում տիրող    լարված իրավիճակին և հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարբերաբար խախտման դեպքերին,  ընդգծել է,  որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների կողքին են և եկել են, որպեսզի տեղում ծանոթանան նրանց խնդիրներին: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը նշել է, որ կառավարությունը տարբեր սոցիալական և հարկային արտոնություններ սահմանելով սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների համար փորձում է հնարավորինս աջակցել նրանց և լուծում տալ նրանց սոցիալական խնդիրներին: Տեղի բնակիչները բարձրացրել են  համայնքի որոշ հատվածներում գազիֆիկացմանը,  ճանապարհահատվածի վերանորոգմանը, ոռոգման ջրի, մանկապարտեզի ներքին հարդարմանը, ուսանողների ուսման վարձերին վերաբերող խնդիրներ: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը  խոստացել է դրանք քննարկել կառավարությունում և տալ համապատասխան լուծումներ:


Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այնուհետև այցելել է Սևքար համայնք: Տեղի բնակիչները նշել են, որ  հակառակորդի կրակահերթերի պատճառով համայնքում որևէ խուճապ չկա և իրենք ապրում են  առօրյա կյանքով:  Սևքարի համայնքապետը բնակիչների անունից շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետին՝ համայնքի ջրագծի և մշակույթի տան վերակառուցման համար: Միաժամանակ մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ առաջիկայում էլ կսկսվեն Սևքարի դպրոցի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները:


Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի այցելած հաջորդ համայնքը Կոթին է եղել: Կոթեցիները կառավարության ղեկավարին շնորհակալություն են հայտնել հակառակորդի կողմից պարբերաբար իրականացվող կրակահերթերի այս օրերին իրենց այցելելու համար և նշել, որ իրենց բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն, ինչպես միշտ, այսօր էլ բարձր է: Այնուհետև վարչապետը լսել է համայնքի բնակիչներին հուզող հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերել են վառելափայտով ապահովմանը, 27 հեկտար ցորենի արտերը կրակոցների հետևանքով չմշակելուն, ինչպես նաև ուսանողների ուսման վարձերին: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը խոստացել է անհրաժեշտ գումարներ տրամադրել ինչպես վառելափայտի, այնպես էլ չմշակված ցորենի դաշտերի փոխհատուցման համար: Վարչապետը համայնքապետին հանձնարարել է կառավարություն ներկայացնել  Կոթիի ուսանողների ցանկը՝ նրանց ուսման վարձերի խնդրին ևս լուծում տալու համար:


Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը վստահեցրել է նաև, որ հակառակորդի կողմից կրակահերթերի հետևանքով սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների բնակարանների կրած վնասները կփոխհատուցի ՀՀ կառավարությունը: 


Կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել սահմանապահ համայնքների բնակիչներին իրենց ոգին բարձր պահելու համար  և շեշտել, որ Հայաստանի  իշխանությունները՝ Նախագահի գլխավորությամբ, կանգնած են մեր սահմանամերձ բնակչության թիկունքին և սահմանապահ համայնքների բոլոր խնդիրները կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են:
