Ոստիկանն ընկերների հետ գողություն է կատարել խանութից

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ քաղաքացիներ Գեղամ Ներսիսյանը և Արսեն Բաբայանը 2015թ. մարտի 4-ին` ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, իրենց ընկերոջ` ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակից Գուրգեն Մկրտչյանի տանը հյուրընկալվելուց հետո, Գ. Ներսիսյանի առաջարկով որոշել են ավտոմեքենա վարձակալել և մեկնել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գավառ քաղաք: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, վարձակալած ավտոմեքենայով վերջիններս ուղևորվել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզ. ճանապարհին ծխախոտ գնելու նպատակով մտել են Չկալովկա գյուղ և նկատել, որ շրջակայքի բոլոր խանութները փակ են:
Այնուհետև Գ. Ներսիսյանն ընկերներին առաջարկել է մթերային խանութից գողություն կատարել: Խանութից գողություն կատարելու շուրջ Ա. Բաբայանի և ոստիկանության աշխատակից Գ. Մկրտչյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնության գալուց հետո, Գ. Ներսիսյանը, ուրիշի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, քարով կոտրել է խանութի պատուհանի ապակին, որից հետո Ա. Բաբայանի հետ ապօրինի մուտք են գործել խանութ:
Խանութի ներսում պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթներում տեղավորելով խոշոր չափերով` մոտ 580 հազար ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ պարենային ու այլ ապրանքները, Գ. Ներսիսյանն ու Ա. Բաբայանը դրանք խանութի պատուհանից փոխանցել են Գ. Մկրտչյանին, ով գողոնը տեղափոխել ու տեղավորել է ավտոմեքենայի մեջ: Ապա հափշտակելով նաև խանութի դրամարկղում եղած 20 հազար ՀՀ դրամը` վերադարձել են Երևան:
Գ. Մկրտչանն ու Գ. Ներսիսյանը վերջինիս առաջարկով գողացված ապրանքները տեղափոխել և թաքցրել են Գ. Ներսիսյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող տնամերձ հողամասում:
Գուրգեն Մկրտչյանին, Գեղամ Ներսիսյանին և Արսեն Բաբայանին մեղադրանք է առջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով: Գ. Ներսիսյանի և Ա. Բաբայանի նկատմամբ մինչդատական վարույթում որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակցի և նրա երկու ընկերների կողմից, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խոշոր չափերով` պահեստարան կամ շինություն ապօրինի մուտք գործելով գողություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և հիշյալ գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
