Սիլիկյան թաղամասում ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ կազմվել է հանցագործի ֆոտոռոբոտը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում է Սիլիկյան թաղամասում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 15-ին՝ ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Երևան քաղաքի Սիլիկյան թաղամասի 4-րդ փողոցի տներից մեկը, կապել տան բնակիչներ, տարեց ամուսիններ Շ.Ալիյանին և Թ.Սադայանին և դանակով վերջիններիս կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով՝ պահանջել գումար։ Հափշտակելով 20.000 դրամ և ոսկյա զարդեր՝ ամուսինների վրա հարձակում գործած անձինք դիմել են փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով, որի նախաքննությունը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ, շարունակվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում։
Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում կազմվել է անձանցից մեկի սուբյեկտիվ պատկերը, հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ նշված անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են պատկերված անձին կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչություն կամ զանգահարել հետևյալ հեռախոսահամարով՝ 011 880051։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
