 «Վրաստանում, թեև նախընտրական շրջան է և թվում է, թե շատ խնդիրներ պետք է լուծում ստանային, ինչպես խոստացել էին վրացական իշխանության վերին օղակների ներկայացուցիչներ, օրինակ` անձամբ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլին, սակայն ջավախահայության խնդիրներն, ընդհակառակը, ավելի մեծ ծավալների են հասնում: Այդ է պատճառը, որ Ախալքալաքի մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ ահազանգում են,  թե «ջավախահայությանը հուզող հիմնական խնդիրների, այն է՝ ազգային-քաղաքական, կրթական և հոգևոր-մշակութային հարցերի լուծման մասով չեն նկատվել դրական տեղաշարժեր: Ավելին, նշյալ զգայուն ոլորտներում բազմաթիվ հիմնահարցեր խորանալով դարձել են նոր անհանգստությունների և հուզումների պատճառ: Օրինակ, հաշվետու շրջանում արգելվեցին ՀՀ-ից մինչ այդ ներմուծվող այբբենարանները, մայրենի լեզվի և հայ գրականության դասագրքերը, և Ջավախքի բոլոր շրջանների հայ աշակերտներն արդեն երրորդ ուսումնական տարին է, ինչ զրկված են անգամ այդ դասագրքերից»: Հավելենք նաև, որ Վրաստանում գործում է նաև սև ցուցակ, համաձայն որի` շուրջ 8 հայ գործիչների մուտքը Վրաստան առանց որևէ հիմնավորման արգելվում է: Aravot.am-ը «Ջավախք» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Արտյուշ Գրիգորյանից հետաքրքրվեց սա ի՞նչ քաղաքականություն է, ինչո՞ւ մեր այսպես կոչված բարեկամ երկրի հետ  նման խնդիրներ են ծագում ու ավելի խորանում: Նա արձագանքեց. «Ես նման տեղեկություն չունեմ, որ նախընտրական շրջանում այբբենարաններ են տարել Վրաստան և արգելքի հանդիպել: Բայց այդ խնդիրն, ընդհանրապես, գոյություն ունի: ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը Վրաստանի կրթության նախարարության հետ համատեղ պետք է խնդիրը քննարկեին ու կարողանային հասնել մի ընդհանուր վիճակի, որ հայատառ գրականությունը և դասագրքերը անարգել տեղափոխեին Վրաստանի հայկական դպրոցներ: Տարիներ շարունակ այդ դասագրքերը մեծ դժվարությամբ են հասնում Վրաստանի հայկական դպրոցներին: Վերջին` նախընտրական շրջանի մասին չունեմ տեղեկություն, թե գրքեր են տեղափոխվել ու արգելքի հանդիպել, բայց եթե տանեին, իսկապես արգելքի կհանդիպեին»: Պատճառներից պարոն Գրիգորյան առանձնացրեց կազմակերպական խնդիրներն ու վրացական կողմի պահանջները. «Վրաստանի իշխանությունները շահագրգռված չեն հայատառ գրականության մուտքով: Վերջին անգամ մեկ տարի ուշացումով Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը կարողացավ դասագրքերի որոշակի խմբաքանակ ուղարկել Վրաստանի հայկական դպրոցներ: Վրաստանի կրթության  նախարարությունը պահանջում է, որ հայկական դպրոցների համար դասագրքերն իրենք թարգմանեին, որոնք կհամապատասխանեին իրենց կրթական ծրագրերին: Բայց իրենց թարգմանած գրականությունը բազում տառասխալներ ուներ և անհասկանալի ու անգրագետ ձևակերպումներով էր: Կար պայմանավորվածություն, որ պետք է հայ- վրացական հանձնաժողով ստեղծվեր, որ հայ մասնագետ ներգրավվեր, և թարգմանությունը կատարվեր պատշաճ մակարդակով»»,–գրում է թերթը։
