Այսօր կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրն է: Սա մի հիվանդություն է, որը սպառնում է ցանկացած կնոջ: Սակայն մասնագետի մոտ այցելությունն էլ միշտ չէ, որ ստացվում է: Շատերն էլ տեղյակ են, որ առաջնային զննումը հնարավոր է իրականցնել ինքնուրույն, սակայն ինչպես դա ճիշտ անել, չգիտեն:

 

 

Այսօր միասին կսովորենք դա անելու երեք էտապները:

1. Զննում հայելու դիմաց

Մերկ վիճակում կանգնեք հայելու դիմաց, ձեռքերը  կողմ պարզեք և ուսումնասիրեք կրծքերը: Անհամաչափության համար անհանգստանալ պետք չէ, քանի որ բնական երևույթ է, երբ կնոջ երկու կրծքերն ունեն տարբեր չափսեր: Սակայն պետք է աչալուրջ լինել նկատելու համար այլ անհամաչափությունները. ձևի փոփոխություն, երակների ընդգծվածություն, տեղերում ներս ընկած հատվածներ: Այս փոփոխություններն առավել ցայտուն են երևում, երբ ձեռքերը դնում ենք ծոծրակին  կամ վեր ենք բարձրացնում կամ էլ մինչև գոտկատեղի հատվածը խոնարհվում ենք: Այս ամենը անելուն զուգահեռ՝ պետք է ոչ թե թույլ, այլ լարված վիճակի բերել կրծքերի մկանները:

Կարևոր է այս բոլոր վարժությունները կատարել մեկը մյուսից հետո, և ոչ թե անել մեկը և չանել մյուսը: Անհրաժեշտ է նաև ստուգել՝ արդյոք չեն փոփոխվել կրծքերի պտուկներն ու արդյոք ոչ մի արտադրություն չկա դրանցից: Դա ստուգելու համար նրբորեն սեղմեք պտուկն այնպես, ինչպես դա անում են կաթի առկայությունը ստուգելու համար:

2. Ստուգում լոգանքի ժամանակ

Լոգանքի ժամանակ, երբ ձեռքերը հեշտորեն սահում են մաշկի վրա, սեղմեք իրար Ձեր ձեռքի երեք մատներն ու օղակաձև շարժումներով զննեք կրծքի մակերեսը՝ առանց սեղմելու ուժ գործադրելու: Շոշափեք կրծքի ողջ մակերեսը՝ թևատակերն էլ ներառյալ: Աջ ձեռքով ձախ կուրծքը շոշափելու ժամանակ ձախ ձեռքը պահեք ծոծրակին, նույնը և հակառակ դեպքում:

3. Կրծքի շոշափում պառկած դիրքում

Պառկեք մահճակալին, բարձիկ տեղադրեք զննվող կրծքի ուղղությամբ ուսի տակ և նույն ուղղությամբ ձեռքը տեղավորեք ծոծրակին, իսկ հետո շոշափեք կուրծքը: Նույնը արեք և հակառակ դեպքում:  Այս տարբեր դիրքերով զննումն անելու նպատակը մեկն է. ավելի կարծրացած գոյացությունները հնարավոր է՝ դժվար լինի շոշափել մեկ դիրքում, իսկ մյուսում դրանք բացահայտվեն: Այդ իսկ պատճառով կուրծքը պետք է ստուգել բոլոր այս երեք մեթոդներով: Կարևոր է նաև հիշել ժամանակի մասին. ստուգման այս երեք տարբերակները պետք է միասին 5 րոպեից ավելի չտևեն:

 

Կարևոր է  հիշել. կրծքում  հայտնաբերված նորագոյացություններից միայն քիչ տոկոսն են լինում չարորակ ուռուցքներ ու վախենալու, առավել ևս խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա:

Երբեք չմոռանալ. ցանկացած նորագոյացության բացահայտման դեպքում առաջին բանը, որ պետք է անել, բժշկին դիմելն է:
