«Առավոտ» թերթն իր խմբագրականում գրում է. «Պատահական չէ, որ ծնողները սովորաբար բծախնդիր են իրենց զավակների անունների ընտրության հարցում՝ կա այնպիսի համոզմունք, որ անունը կանխորոշում է մարդու ճակատագիրը: Հենց այդ պատճառով են ծնողներն իրենց աղջիկների անունները դնում Գեղեցիկ, Ոսկի կամ Յուղաբեր: Հավանաբար, այդ տրամաբանությամբ է առաջնորդվում նաեւ կառավարությունը՝ վերանվանելով որոշ նախարարություններ:

Ոչ թե պարզապես Էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների, այլ Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների եւ բնական պաշարների նախարարություն: Զգո՞ւմ եք տարբերությունը: Որովհետեւ էներգետիկայի տակ կարող ենք հասկանալ զանազան տարաշխարհիկ բաներ, օրինակ՝ հոգեկան էներգիան կամ, չգիտեմ, էզոթերիկ էներգիան: Իսկ որ ասում ես՝ «էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքներ», միանգամից հասկանում ես, որ խոսքը լույսի-գազի մասին է:

Ոչ թե էկոնոմիկայի (այսինքն՝ տնտեսության), այլ ներդրումներ եւ ձեռնարկատիրության աջակցության նախարարություն: Ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ ներդրումներ չեն արվում, կամ ինչո՞ւ կառավարությունը չի աջակցում ձեռնարկատիրությանը։ Բնականաբար, այն պատճառով, որ նախարարությունն էր սխալ կոչվում։ Հիմա, երբ այդ գերատեսչությունը ստանա իր ճիշտ, այսպես ասած ՝ «աուտենտիկ» անունը, մենք ներդրումների եւ ձեռնարկատիրության հետ կապված խնդիրներ չենք ունենա։

Քաղաքաշինության նախարարությանը կոմիտեի կարգավիճակ տալը նույնպես ողջունելի է։ Մայրաքաղաքն արդեն բավականաչափ շինված է (հատկապես ակտիվ էր այդ գործընթացը 2000-ակաների սկզբին) եւ այլեւս շինելու բան առանձնապես չի մնացել։ Հիմա պետք է պահպանել մշակութային արժեքները, հաշվի առնելով, որ մեր ճարտարապետները հատուկ հարգանք ունեն «սարայների» նկատմամբ, այդ արժեքների պահպանումը նրանց հանձնելը միանգամայն  արդարացված է։

 Քաղավիացիան կմիանա տրանսպորտին եւ կապին, եւ դա նույնպես տրամաբանական է, որովհետեւ ինքնաթիռը տրանսպորտ է, որը կապ է ապահովում աշխարհի տարբեր կետերի միջեւ։ Քաղավիացիայի՝ այդ նախարարության կազմում հայտնվելուց հետո մենք, հուսով եմ, ստիպված չենք լինի գիշերը 6 ժամ քշել դեպի Թբիլիսիի օդանավակայան ՝ այն պատճառով, որ Երեւանից եւ Թբիլիսիից թռիչքների տոմսերի գնի տարբերությանը լիովին փոխհատուցում է 6 ժամ քշելու անհարմարությունն ու ծախսը։

Ջրային տնտեսությանը գյուղնախարարությունից էներգետիկային տալն այնքան էլ հասկանալի չէ։ Ինչո՞ւ իմ այգու ոռոգման ջրով պետք է զբաղվի էներգետիկան կամ, ավելի ճիշտ, դրա ենթակառուցվածքները։ Հավանաբար, նկատի է առնվում, որ ինձ ջուր է հասցվում պոմպերով, որոնք աշխատում  են  էլեկտրականությամբ։

...Եթե ժամանակին ավարտեի ոչ թե կոնսերվատորիան, այլ երաժշտական ակադեմիան կամ երաժշտական համալսարանը, ապա շատ ավելի խորը գիտելիքներ կստանայի»:
