  1. Փորձեք հանգիստ մնալ
    Զայրույթն իրավիճակը միայն ավելի է բարդացնելու, նույնիսկ եթե այն ուղղակի խեղդում է ձեզ: Ուղղակի խորը շունչ քաշեք և հանգստացեք:

  2. Բոլորն էլ սխալվելու իրավունք ունեն
    Մի՛ մոռացեք՝ բոլորն էլ սխալներ են գործում: Փորձեք խնդրին նայել ձեր դիմացինի տեսանկյունից: Միգուցե նա հիմա դժվարություններ ունի:

  3. Եղեք համառ

Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչն է ագրեսիայի պատճառը՝ թույլ մի՛ տվեք ձեր հակառակորդին ամեն ինչ ձեր դեմքին ասել: Ձեր ձայնը մի՛ բարձրացրեք, ինքնավստահ եղեք և դիմացինին հիշեցրեք փոխադարձ հարգանքի մասին:

  1. Զայրույթին բարությամբ պատասխանեք
    Կոնֆլիկտը ձեզ ստիպում է ավելի շատ ագրեսիվ պատասխաններ տալ, սակայն պետք է կարողանաք հանգիստ լինել: Մի փոքր ինքներդ ձեզ մարզելով՝ կտեսնեք, որ դուք կարողանում եք հանգիստ լինել նույնիսկ ամենաագրեսիվ և զայրացած մարդու հետ:

  2. Ինքներդ ձեզ մի՛ իջեցրեք
    Վիրավորանքները սրտին մոտ մի՛ ընդունեք: «Դու»-ի փոխարեն օգտագործեք «ես» և փորձեք հասուն զրույց ունենալ՝ առանց վիրավորանքների և կոպտության. այդպես դուք կստիպեք ձեր դիմացինին լսել ձեզ:

  3. Ծանրակշիռ փաստարկներ բերեք
    Բուռն էմոցիաները նույնիսկ ամենածանրակշիռ փաստարկները անիմաստ են դարձնում: Ասեք միայն այն, ինչում վստահ եք և ձեր մտքերը պարզ արտահայտեք: Միշտ հիշեք, որ ճշմարտությունը սուբյեկտիվ է և միայն իմաստն է ամենակարևորը և ոչ թե բառերը:

  4. Փորձեք իրավիճակին հումորով մոտենալ
    Եթե ձեր զրույցը թեժանում է, փորձեք ձեր հումորի զգացումը գործի դնել, որպեսզի հանգստացնեք իրավիճակը: Փորձեք ձեր հակառակորդին ծիծաղեցնել. այդպես միանգամից կհանգստացնեք նրան և կթուլացնեք լարվածությունը:
