Վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած ցուցանիշները հիմք են տալիս ասելու, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը կարողացել է հաջողությամբ դիմակայել արտաքին հատվածում եւ ներքին ֆինանսական համակարգում տարեսկզբին առկա մարտահրավերները՝ ապահովելով բավական բարձր տնտեսական աճ։ Առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով, ՀՆԱ-ն ավելացել է շուրջ 4 տոկոսով, ի հեճուկս միջազգային ֆինանսական հաստատությունների մռայլ կանխատեսումների։ 

Ինչպես հայտնի է, դրանց համաձայն, Հայաստանի տնտեսության աճի պոտենցյալն այս տարի չափազանց փոքր է։ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի սպասումները զրոյական աճի, իսկ Համաշխարհային բանկինը՝ 0,8 տոկոսի շրջանակներում են։

Ակնհայտ է, որ արձանագրված ցուցանիշները շատ հեռու են այս կանխատեսումներից։ Չնայած միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վատատեսական սպասումներին, Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը կարողացավ բավական հաջող փակել առաջին կիսամյակը։ Դրան նպաստեցին ինչպես ներքին տնտեսական գործունեության համար ստեղծված հավելյալ խթաները, այնպես էլ արտաքին շուկաներում իրացման նոր հնարավորությունների ձեռքբերման ուղղությամբ իրականացված քայլերը։

Այդ քայլերը պայմաններ ստեղծեցին ընդլայնելու արտահաման աշխարհագրությունը եւ հաղթահարելու խնդրահարույց որոշ շուկաներում ստեղծված սահմանափակումների հետեւանքները։ Խոսքը՝ մասնավորապես ռուսական շուկայում առաջացած դժվարությունների մասին է։

Առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանում արձանագրված տնտեսական աճը գրեթե համահունչ է ընթացիկ տարվա պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված ցուցանիշին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երկրի գլխավոր ֆինանսական փաստաթղթում ամրագրված է ՀՆԱ 4,1 տոկոս մակարդակ։

Իհարկե, միայն առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով դեռ վաղ է խոսել տարեկան ցուցանիշների ապահովման մասին, սակայն դրանք լավ հիմք են ստեղծում տարեվերջի համար։ Առավել եւս, որ կառավարությունը երկրորդ կիսամյակում տնտեսական նոր ծրագրերի իրականացում է խոստանում։ Դրանցից մեկն էլ, ըստ էության վերաբերում է Իրանի հետ երրորդ բարձրավոլտ գծի կառուցմանը, որի շինարարության իրականացման գործընթացը արդեն մեկնարկել է։

Տարվա առաջին կեսին Հայաստանում տնտեսական բարձր ակտիվություն է արձանագրվել հատկապես երկրորդ եռամսյակում։ Եթե տարեսկզբի առաջին երեք ամիսներին համախառն ներքին արդյունքն ավելացել է 2,5, ապա արդեն երկրորդ եռամսյակում՝ 5,1 տոկոսով։

Տնտեսական աճին նպաստել են առաջին հերթին գյուղատնտեսությունն ու արդյունաբերությունը։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի աճը գերազանցում է 14 տոկոսը։ Արդյունաբերության արտադրանքի ծավալի ավելացումը հասնում է 5,1 տոկոսի։
