Առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները կանցկացվեն բոլոր մարզերի 692 համայնքներում

Հայաստանում 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել, սակայն մինչ այդ ներքաղաքական կյանքի ակտիվությունն ապահովում են առաջիկա տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները: Ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարիների՝ առաջիկա ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ավելի շատ ակտիվություն է նկատվում թե քաղաքական ուժերի, թե հասարակւթյան մեջ:

2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ տեղի կունենան Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի մարզերի 317 համայնքներում:  2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են նախատեսված Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռիի, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի, Վայոց ձորի մարզերի 375 համայնքներում:

2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ին նախատեսված են նաև Գյումրի և Վանաձոր համայնքների ավագանիների ընտրություններ: Այս համայնքներում ՏԻՄ ընտրություններն առաջին անգամ կանցկացվեն համամասնական ընտրակարգով` համապատասխան ցուցակներով կընտրվոն ավագանիները, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին կընտրեն քաղաքապետերին:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Վանաձորում ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում գրանցվել է և կմասնակցի 8 կուսակցություն: Այդ կուսակցություններն են ԲՀԿ-ն, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան»-ը, «Համախմբում»-ը, ՀԱԿ-ը, ՀՅԴ-ն, ՀՀԿ-ն, «Հայկական վերածնունդ»-ը և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր»-ը: Գրանցված կուսակցություններն արդեն իսկ ներկայացրել են ընտրական ցուցակները, որոնցով մասնակցելու են առաջիկա ընտրություններին: Վանաձորի ավագանու ընտրություններում ԲՀԿ-ի ցուակը գլխավորում է Այծեմնիկ Օհանյանը, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության ցուցակի առաջին համարը Քրիստ Մարուքյանն է, «Համախմբում» կուսակցության ցուցակը կգլխավորի Վահան Ղույումչյանը, ՀԱԿ-ի ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համարը Ռուբեն Ոսկանյանն է, ՀՅԴ-ի ընտրական ցուցակում՝ Նելսոն Մամուլյանը, իշխող ՀՀԿ-ի ցուցակում՝ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, «Հայկական վերածնունդ»-ի ցուցակը գլխավորում է Արկադի Փելեշյանը, իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ցուցակը՝ Արամ Խաչատրյանը:

Մեծ է հետաքրքրությունը նաև Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրությունների նկատմամբ: Գյումրիում ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար ԿԸՀ-ում գրանցվել է 10 կուսակցություն և 1 դաշինք: Գյումրիում առաջիկա ընտրություններին կմասնակցեն «Ալյանս առաջադիմական ցենտրիստական» կուսակցությունը, «Բալասանյան» դաշինքը, ԲՀԿ-ն, «Գաղափարակից լիբերալների ալյանս» (ԳԱԼԱ) կուսակցությունը, «Գյումրեցու ոգի» կուսակցությունը, «Գործարար» կուսակցությունը, «Համախմբում» կուսակցությունը, ՀԱԿ-ը, ՀՅԴ-ն, «Հայկական վերածնունդ»-ը և Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր»-ը:

«Ալյանս» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համարն է Արմեն Բադալյանը, «Բալասանյան» դաշինքի ցուցակը գլխավորում է Գյումրիի գործող քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը, ԲՀԿ-ի ցուցակը՝ Վարդեվան Գրիգորյանը, ԳԱԼԱ-ի ցուցակը՝ Վահան Խաչատրյանը, «Գյումրեցու ոգի» կուսակցության ցուցակում առաջին համարը Արմեն Ներսիսյանն է, «Գործարար» կուսակցության ցուցակում՝ Գեղամ Բաղդասարյանը, իսկ «Համախմբում» կուսակցության ցուցակը գլխավորում է Հովհաննես Ասոյանը, ՀԱԿ-ի ընտրական ցուցակը գլխավորում է Եպրաքսյա Մեխակյանը, ՀՅԴ-ի ցուցակը՝ Աշոտ Կուրղինյանը, «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության ցուցակի առաջին համարն է ԱԺ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը, իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համարը Արթուր Համբարձումյանն է: Իշխող ՀՀԿ կուսակցությունն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ Գյումրիի ավագանու ընտրություններում սատարելու է «Բալասանյան» դաշինքի ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին համար Սամվել Բալասանյանի թեկնածությունը:
