Այս դիետային պետք է հետևել ընդամենը երեք օր, որից հետո կարող եք վերադառնալ ձեր սովորական սննդակարգին:
Առաջին օրՆախաճաշին խմեք մի գավաթ առանց շաքար սև սուրճ կամ թեյ,կերեք մեկ կտոր հաց՝ կարագով ու ջեմով: 2- րդ նախաճաշին հարկավոր է ուտել կես բաժին թուրինջ: Մինչև ճաշն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում՝ լանչին, կերեք մեկ կտոր հաց և չորս բողկ: Իսկ ճաշը պետք է լինի առավել հագեցած՝ 100գ անյուղ և մաշկը հեռացրած հավի միս, մեկ բաժակ եփած լոբի և մեկ կտոր հաց: Մեկ բաժին հավին ավելացրեք մեկ թեյի գդալ սոյայի սոուս և եփեք: Մինչև քնելը խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել մեկ խնձոր:
Երկրորդ օրը Նախաճաշին խմեք սև սուրճ կամ թեյ, կրկին առանց շաքարի, մեկ ձու՝ խաշած կամ ձվածեղ և մեկ կտոր հաց: 2 -րդ նախաճաշին կերեք մեկ բանան Ճաշի ժամին հարկավոր է ուտել 1 բաժակ կաթնաշոռ, սամիթ և 4 բողկ Քնելուց առաջ խորհուրդ է տրվում խմել թեյ՝ երկու սալորաչրի հետ:
Երրորդ օրը Նախաճաշին կրկին սև սուրճ կամ թեյ՝ առանց շաքարի և մեկ կտոր հաց: 2 -րդ նախաճաշին՝ մեկ խնձոր Իսկ լանչին ՝ 1 խաշած ձու , 1 վարունգ ( թարմ կամ աղի ), 4 բողկ Ճաշին 1 բաժին հավի միս, խաշած բազուկ և մի կտոր հաց կերեք: Երեկոյան՝ 1 խնձոր կերեք: Այս դիետան կարելի է կրկնել ամիսը մեկ անգամ: Նշված սննդակարգին հետևելու շնորհիվ 3 օրում կկորցնեք 2-5 կիլոգրամ:
