«Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» փորձագետ Աննա Փամբուխչյանն անդրադարձել է ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին:
Աննա Փամբուխչյանը նշում է, որ օգոստոսի 26-ից Հայաստանը կրկին հայտնվեց Կրեմլի եւ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: «Այս անգամ արդեն ավելորդ ուշադրության պատճառը հայկական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից ՌԴ քաղաքացի Սերգեյ Միրոնովի կալանավորումն էր»,- նշել է նա:
1986 թ. ծնված Միրոնովը, ով «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան էր ժամանել օգոստոսի 26-ին կնոջ հետ, 2016 թ. մայիսի 11-ից միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզվում է ԱՄՆ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից: Նա մեղադրվում է զենքի արտահանման վերահսկման օրենքը խախտելու փորձ կատարելու եւ փողերի լվացման մեջ:
«Բնականաբար, հարցի վերաբերյալ ռուսական եւ ամերիկյան տեսակետները հերթական անգամ կտրուկ տարբերվում են: Ռուսական կողմը միանշանակ հակված է հարցը քրեական դաշտից տեղափոխել քաղաքական: Ռուսական մամուլը միջադեպը ներկայացնում է որպես Վաշինգտոնի հատուկ ծրագիր՝ Երեւանին եւ Մոսկվային միմյանց դեմ տրամադրելու համար, մինչդեռ Պետդումայի մի շարք պատգամավորներ արդեն հանդես են եկել Հայաստանի հասցեին հայտարարություններով, որոնք կարելի է բնութագրել միայն որպես քաղաքական սպառնալիքներ»,- հայտնել է իր հոդվածում Աննա Փամբուխչյանը:
Ինչպես նա է շեշտում, ըստ ՌԴ դաշնային խորհրդի պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Ֆրանց Կլինցևիչի տեսակետի՝ սա փորձ է սեպ խրելու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մեջ, եւ Հայաստանը Միրոնովին ԱՄՆ-ին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելիս պետք է հաշվի առնի այդ հանգամանքը: «Փաստորեն, Կլինցևիչն առաջարկում է հայկական դատարանին քրեական գործը դիտարկել քաղաքական հարթակում եւ հաշվի առնել Մոսկվայի հետագա արձագանքն ու հնարավոր զայրույթը»,- հավելել է փորձագետը:
Վերջինս նաեւ հավելել է, որ մեղադրանքները Հայաստանի հասցեին առ այն, որ Երեւանը փորձում է քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ ստանալ ԱՄՆ-ից, անհիմն են, որովհետեւ Սերգեյ Միրոնովը հետախուզվում է ոչ թե օգոստոսի 26-ից՝ Հայաստան ժամանելու օրվանից, այլ մայիսի 11-ից:
«Հայկական անվտանգության ծառայությունները պարզապես առաջնորդվել են միջազգային քրեական օրենքներով՝ ձերբակալելով միջազգային հետախուզման տակ գտնվող անձի, ում համապատասխան ապացույցների առկայության դեպքում, ըստ նույն միջազգային քրեական օրենքների, պարտավոր է հանձնել ԱՄՆ-ին: Հայաստանի հանդեպ քաղաքական ճնշումների միջոցով Միրոնովին ԱՄՆ-ին հանձնելուց փրկելու դեպքում՝ ռուսական կողմը եւս մեկ անգամ կասկածի տակ կդնի ՀՀ միջազգային հեղինակությունը՝ ցույց տալով Երեւանի` ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու անկարողությունը: Մյուս կողմից էլ, եթե հայկական կողմը որոշի, այնուամենայնիվ, հանձնել Միրոնովին ամերիկյան արդարադատությանը, կարելի է ակնկալել Ռուսաստանում հակահայկական տրամադրությունների աննախադեպ ալիք: ՀՀ-ն հայտնվել է երկու կրակի արանքում, ու ցանկացած սցենար միջազգային սկանդալ է դառնալու Երեւանի համար»,- նշել Աննա Փամբուխչյանը:
