Ամռանը, հատկապես իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչները կարող են ժամերով պառկել արեւի տակ եւ արեւայրուք ընդունել, այնուհետ երկար տանջվել, որպեսզի մուգ մաշկը հնարավորինս երկար պահպանվի:

Արևայրուքի հնարավոր վտանգների և երկար պահպանման մեթոդների մասինLife.panorama.am-ը զրուցել է «Հելիոս» մաշկաբանական եւ կոսմետոլոգիական կենտրոնի բժիշկ-մաշկաբան Լիլիթ Հարությունյանի հետ:

«Արեւարյուքի վտանգները կապված են ալերգիկ ռեակցիաների, մաշկի պիգմետացիաների առաջացման եւ մարմնի ջերմության բարձրացման հետ: Սրանցից խուսափելու համար առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է արեւապաշտպան քսուքներ օգտագործել եւ արեւայրուքն ընդունել թույլատրելի ժամերին՝ առավոտյան մինչեւ 12:00-ն եւ 17:00-ից հետո»,- նշեց մաշկաբանը:

Բաց մաշկ ունեցողները, բժշկի խոսքով, հատկապես պետք է զգույշ լինեն. «Նրանք, ովքեր բաց մաշկ ունեն, պետք է արեւայրուք ընդունելիս ավելի զգույշ լինեն, քանի որ չունեն բավականաչափ պիգմենտ, մելանին, որպեսզի մարմինը պաշտպանվի արեւից, դե իսկ մուգ մաշկերի դեպքում պաշտպանիչ շերտն ավելի մեծ է, սակայն նրանց պարագայում էլ կոսմետիկ առումով պիգմենտացիա ձեռք բերելու հավանականությունն է ավելի մեծանում»,- ընդգծեց Լիլիթ Հարությունյանը:

Անդրադառնալով լուրջ հիվանդությունների դեպքում արեւայրուքի վնասակար ազդեցությանը՝ բժիշկը նկատեց. «Բնականաբար, յուրաքանչյուր ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթ իր հետ բերում է սպիտակուցային թելիկների խթանման, սակայն եթե ճիշտ ժամերի արեւայրուք ընդունել, վտանգավորությունը խիստ պակասում է»:

Դե իսկ հարցին, թե ինչպես արեւայրուքից հետո հնարավորինս երկար պահպանել մուգ մաշկը, մասնագետը նշեց. «Այս պարագայում միակ միջոցը խոնավեցնող ու սնուցող քսուկների օգտագործումն է, որի արդյունքում  մաշկը չի չորանա եւ չի թեփոտի ու այդ պարագայում մաշկի մուգ շերտը հնարավորինս երկար կպահպանվի: Սակայն այս դեպքում պետք է հիշել, որ ամեն բան կախված է մաշկի տեսակից»:
