Մազերի սպիտակելը տարիքի հետ միասին նորմալ երևույթ է, սակայն մազերի սպիտակելու պրոցեսը սկսել է նաև տարածվել երիտասարդների մոտ, որը կարող է լինել ամենօրյա սթրեսի պատճառով։

Այս պրոցեդուրան կարելի է կատարել շաբաթը 1 անգամ, որը նաև կնվազեցնի մազերի թեփը։
