Այսօր մենք ձեզ կներկայացնենք կիտրոնի բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկությունները, որոնց հետ ծանոթանալուց հետո դուք հաստատ ավելի կսիրեք այդ ցիտրուսային միրգը:

    Կիտրոնը պեկտինի ածխաջրեր է պարունակում, որը շատ կարևոր է մեր աղիների համար, ուստի ամեն առավոտ մեկ բաժակ տաք կիտրոնի ջուրը լավ օրվա սկիզբ կլինի և կօգնի մեր մարսողական համակարգին:

  2. Օգտակար է աչքերի համար
    Երևի թե բոլորն էլ ձեզ ասել են, որ գազարն օգտակար է տեսողության համար: Սակայն մի մոռացեք նաև կիտրոնի մասին: Որպես ցիտրուսային միրգ կիտրոնը հարուստ է C վիտամինով և հակաօքսիդանտներով, որը հրաշալի պաշտպանական գործառույթ է կատարում կատարակտի և դեղին բծերի քայքայման դեմ :
