Ամերիկցի գիտնակկաները հետազոտություն են անցկացրել՝ պարզելու, թէ ինչպես է շաքարն ազդում օրգանիզմի վրա։
Նրանք եկել են այն եզրակացության, որ նվազեցնելով շաքարի ընդունումը ընդհամենը 9 օրով, դուք կարող է զգալիորել լավացնել ձեր առողջական վիճակը, այն է՝ նվազեցնել խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, կարգավորել լյարդի աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաև լավացնել ինքնազգացողությունը։
Չնայած նրան, որ հետազոտության մասնակից 43 անդամներն էլ այն 9 օրվա ընթացքում սնվում էին անադողջ ուտելիքով և ընդունում նույն քանակի կալորիաների ինչ նապկինում, նրանք պնդում էին որ իրենց չափից շատ են կերակրում։ Իսկ շաքարի քանակը նվազեցնելու արդյունքում մասնակիցների մոտ նվազել է սրտանոթային ճնշումը, խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, գլյուկոզայի մակարդակը և ինսուլինի մակարդակը։ Զգալիորեն բարելավվել է լյարդի և մյուս օրգանների աշխատանքը։
Այսպիսով, գիտնականները ապացուցել են, որ շաքարից ստացված կալորիաները ամենավնասակարն են, քանի որ լյարդը դրանք ճարպ է դարձնում, ինչը իր հերթին ավելիացնում է, շաքարի դիաբետի, սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների և լյարդի հիվանդության զարգացման հավանականությունը։
Այսպիսով, առողջությունը բարելավելու համար գիտնականները խորհուրդ են տալիս նվազեցնել շաքարի ընդունման քանակը։
