Մենք բոլորս սիրո մեծ կարիք ունենք
Սերը նշանակում է ընդունում, անկեղծություն, քնքշանք, հոգատարություն, տալու եւ պատասխանատվություն կրելու պատրաստակամություն, վստահելիություն, անշահախնդրություն, առատաձեռնություն: Եվ որքան ավելի ենք մենք դրսեւորում այս որակները, այնքան շատ ենք ստանում դրա դիմաց: Այնպիսի դրսեւորումներ, ինչպիսիք են վախը, խանդը, կախվածությունը, մանիպուլյացիաները, վերահսկողությունը, պահանջները, հանդիմանանքները, ոչնչացնում են հարաբերությունները եւ սիրո հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեն:
Բոլոր բառերն ուժ ունեն
Բառով կարելի է բուժել, կարելի է նաեւ սպանել: Հետեւեք, թե ինչ եք ասում: Պիտակները, վիրավորանքները, հանդիմանությունները հոգում վերքեր են բացում, որոնք բուժելը բարդ է: Դրանք անշրջելի ազդեցություն ունեն: Որովհետեւ յուրաքանչյուր մարդու հոգում երեխա է ապրում, որը մերժված լինելու վախ ունի: Զգուշացեք թերագնահատել նրան ցավ պատճառելու ձեր կարողությունը: Ուժն օգտագործեք միայն ջերմ բառերի, հաճոյախոսությունների, հավանության, աջակցության համար:
Վստահությունը կենսականորեն կարեւոր տարր է
Առանց դրա, մարդը կասկածամիտ, տագնապած եւ մտավախություններով լի է դառնում, իսկ մյուսն իրեն զգում է հուզական թակարդում, նրան թվում է, թե իրեն չեն թողնում ազատորեն շնչել: Խանդը միայնության վախն է, ցածր ինքնագնահատականը եւ ինքն իր հանդեպ սիրո պակասը: Վստահությունը իսկական սիրո անբաժան մասն է:
Անկեղծ եղեք
Սերն անշարժ չի լինում, այն նման է բույսի, որը կամ աճում է եւ ծաղկում, կամ էլ թոշնում է եւ մեռնում: Ամեն ինչ կախված է նրանից, թե մենք ինչպես ենք վարվում դրա հետ: Անկեղծ շփումը ջրի է նման, առանց դրա, բույսը չի կարող գոյատեւել: Իրար պատմեք ձեր ցանկությունների, վերաբերմունքի եւ զգացմունքների մասին: Ձեր զուգընկերոջը զգացնել տվեք, որ սիրում եւ գնահատում եք նրան: Երբեք մի վախեցեք ասել` «Ես քեզ սիրում եմ»: Մի վախեցեք չափից ավելի գովել զուգընկերոջը: Իսկական գովասանքը բույսի համար արեւի է նման, նոր կենսականություն կտա ձեր հարաբերություններին:
Սիրել նշանակում է քո մի մասը տալ, առանց վարձատրության եւ վերապահության
Եթե ուզում եք սեր ստանալ, պետք է ընդամենը նվիրել դա: Եվ որքան շատ եք նվիրում, այնքան շատ եք ստանում: Սերը նման է բումերանգի, բայց միշտ հետ է վերադառնում: Գուցե ոչ միշտ այն մարդուց, որին դուք տվել եք, բայց միեւնույն է` միշտ կվերադառնա դեպի ձեզ: Եվ կվերադառնա հարյուրապատկված: Միաժամանակ կարեւոր է հիշել, որ սիրո մեր պահուստն անսահմանափակ է: Մենք այն չենք կորցնում, երբ նվիրում ենք: Եվ մեր ներսում սերը կորցնելու միակ միջոցն այն ուրիշներին չտալն է: Պատճառներից մեկը, թե ինչու են մարդիկ հազվադեպ սեր զգում, այն է, որ սպասում են, թե երբ ինչ-որ մեկը նախապես կսիրի իրենց:
