Հայաստանում նորածնաբանության առաջնային խնդիրը երեխաների անհասությունն է

Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ փորձագետները «Նեոնատոլոգիայի զարգացումը Հայաստանում» միջազգային համաժողովի ընթացքում քննարկեցին նեոնատոլոգիայի (նորածնաբանության), նեոնատալ խնամքի և անհաս երեխաներին ցմահ կուրացնող հիվանդության՝ անհասության ռետինոպաթիայի բնագավառին վերաբերող խնդիրները: Ոլորտի ամերիկյան և հայաստայան մասնագետները ներկայացրին անհաս երեխաների առողջական ելքի բարելավման միտումները և նեոնատոլոգիայում նորարարական մեթոդների կիրառումը:
Կալիֆորնիայի Իրվայնի համալսարանիդոցենտ, Հայկական ակնաբուժությաննախագծի նախագահ Ռոջեր ՕհանեսյանըՀայաստանում այս ոլորտի առաջնային խնդիր է համարում մասնագիտական կրթությունը, վերապատրաստումն ու իրազեկությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանում հետծննդյան բժիշկների գիտելիքները բժիշկը գնահատեց բավարար: Օհանեսյանը նշեց, որ նրանք կփորձեն ավելի սերտ գործնական կապեր հաստատել հայաստանյան և ամերիկյան հիվանդանոցների միջև, մասնավորապես՝ Լոս Անջելեսի մանկական հիվանդանո ցի:
«Բացի այդ՝ շատ կարևոր է ունենալ լավ տեխնիկա: Մենք ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանում ներդնել հատուկսարքավորումներ, որոնք կօգնեն վաղ մանկական տարիքից ախտորոշել երեխայի մոտ առկա խնդիրը՝ չսպասելովժամանակի ընթացքում նշանների ի հայտ գալուն ու հիվանդության զարգացմանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հավելեց մասնագետը:
Օհանեսյանը կարևորեց նման համաժողովների անցկացումը՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ դրանք հնարավորություն են տալիս մասնակիցներին ծանոթանալ ոլորտի զարգացումներին և նորամուծություններին:
Իր հերթին «Նեոնատալ բժշկության հայկական ասոցիացիա»-ի նախագահ Հրանտ Կալենտերյանն ասաց, որ այս մասնագիտությունը շատ բարդ է և ռազմավարական ուղղություն է համարվում բոլոր երկրներում, քանի որ ապահովում է առողջ սերունդ: «Ներկայումս այս ոլորտի ամենատարածված խնդիրն անհասությունն է: Դա պայմանավորված է վիժումների թվի նվազեցմամբ և բարդ ծննդաբերությունից հետո երեխայի կյանքի համար շարունակվող պայքարով»,- մեկնաբանեց բժիշկը: Այս ուղղությամբ աշխատելու համար հ արկավոր է ունենալ շատ արհեստավարժ, գիտելիքների մեծ պաշարով մասնագետներ և լավ սարքավորումներ:
Նրա խոսքով՝ երևանյան բոլոր մեծ ծննդատներն ունեն նորածինների վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներ և հագեցված են համապատասխան սարքավորումներով:
Համաժողովի ընթացքում ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկան նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը, ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի առողջապահության ծրագրերի կառավարման մասնագետ Աստղիկ Գրիգորյանը, Լոս Անջելեսի մանկական հիվանդանոցի տեսողության կենտրոնի և ակնաբուժության դոցենտ դոկտոր Թոմաս Լին:
