«Հայկական ժամանակ». Գլոբալ տաքացման մարտահրավերները թակեցին նաև Հայաստանի դուռը

«Առաջին անգամ է, թերևս, որ կլիմայի գլոբալ փոփոխության խնդիրը դառնում է հայաստանցիների առտնին քննարկման առարկա։ Իհարկե, դեռ փաստ չէ, որ այս տարվա սաստիկ շոգերը կրկնվելու են նաև հաջորդ տարի, բայց բարձր ջերմային ֆոնի այսպիսի աննախադեպ տևականությունը բնական անհանգստություն է առաջացնում։
Կլիմայի փոփոխությունը փաստ է, և այս կոնտեքստում Հայաստանին սպառնացող մեծագույն վտանգն անապատացումն է։ Վերջին 25 տարվա ընթացքում մեր երկրում հազարավոր հեկտարների անտառներ են հատվել ու կանաչ տարածքներ են վերացվել, գետերի էկոհամակարգերը հէկերի կառուցման արդյունքում խախտվել են, մսխվել է Արարատյան դաշտի արտեզյան ավազանը, իսկ նոր ջրամբարներ չեն կառուցվել, կառուցված ջրամբարներն էլ հաճախ չեն լցվում սակավաջրության պատճառով։
Սակավաջրությունն, ահա, որ նաև կլիմայի փոփոխության հետևանք է, մեզ սպառնացող լրջագույն վտանգ է, որովհետև չնայած մենք Արարատյան դաշտը բարեբեր այգեստան ենք համարում, այս դաշտավայրի ցանկացած հատված պատշաճ ձևով չոռոգվելու հետևանքով շատ արագ վերածվում է անապատի։ Գլոբալ ջերմացումը մեզ համար լրջագույն մարտահրավերներ է ի հայտ բերում, իսկ այսօր մենք այդ մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու ռազմավարություն կարծես թե չունենք։
Ինչպես է եղանակի փոփոխությունը ազդելու խմելու ջրի աղբյուրների վրա, և որքանով է այդ ազդեցությունը ուժեղանալու փոքր հէկ-երի կառուցման հետևանքով, ինչպես ենք վերականգնելու Արարատյան դաշտի արտեզյան ավազանը, ինչպես ենք կարողանալու շարունակել Սևանի մակարդակի բարձրացումը, ինչպես ենք կարողանալու ջրի անհրաժեշտ պաշարներ կուտակել խմելու և ոռոգման։ Որտեղից ենք լրացնելու այն հավելյալ էլեկտրական էներգիայի պահանջը, որ անհրաժեշտ կլինի մեր բնակարանները հովացնելու, ջրի հավեյալ պոմպակայաններ աշխատեցնելու և ստեղծելու համար։ Այս հարցերի քննարկումը կարծես թե պետք է առաջնային պլան մղվի արդեն: Այսպիսով, ուրեմն, գլոբալ ջերմացումը Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության հարց է։ Խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա, որովհետև խուճապի վիճակում խելամիտ քայլեր անել հնարավոր չէ։ Բայց այս հարցերի լուծումը պետք է սկսել հենց այսօրվանից։ Որպես առաջին քայլ, մեծամասշտաբ ծավալներով կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերն է պետք տարածել և գործարկել։ Սա հնարավոր է անել հենց հիմա, և սա հնարավորություն կտա միլիարդավոր խորանարդ մետր ջրի խնայողություն անել»,–գրում է թերթը։
