Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների միջազգային ինստիտուտի (ՄԳԻՄՕ) անվտանգության աշխատակիցները հրաժարվել են ներս թողնել հիջաբով դիմորդին՝ վկայակոչելով ներքին կանոնակարգը, որի համաձայն սովորողներին խորհուրդ չի տրվում մուսուլմանական գլխաշոր կրել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 2-ին հաղորդում է «Խոսում է Մոսկվան» ռադիոկայանը:

«Ուզում է սովորել, թող հանի հիջաբը: Մեր ինստիտուտում հիջաբով չեն շրջում»,-ասել է անվտանգության ծառայության պետի տեղակալը:

Միաժամանակ, փաստաբան Մուրադ Մուսաեւը ռադիոկայանին պատմել է, որ իրավիճակին միջամտել է բուհի՝ իրավական հարցերով պրոռեկտոր Սերգեյ Շիտկովը: «Նա հասկացել է, որ անվտանգության աշխատակիցները չափն անցել են, եւ հայտնել է հարազատներին, որ աղջիկը կարող է շարունակել այցելել կուրսերին: Մենք համաձայն ենք, որ այդ նորմն ուժ ունի ուսանողների համար, որոնք պարզապես գլխաշոր են կրում, բայց պետք է բացառություն անել նրանց համար, որոնք այդպես են վարվում կրոնական համոզմունքներից ելնելով»,-ասել է իրավաբանը:

Նրա խոսքով, նման դեպքերը հազվադեպ չեն: Վերջերս ԱԳՆ քոլեջ է եկել Սոֆիա անունում դիմորդն իր մոր հետ, որը հիջաբով է եղել: «Քոլեջի ընդունող հանձնաժողովի նախագահը զզվանքով նայել է Սոֆիայի մորը եւ աղջկան խորհուրդ է տվել իր համար «այլ տեղ գտնել»: Երբ մայրը դժգոհել է նման վարմունքից, հետեւել է հետեւյալ պատասխանը. «Այո, մենք կանխակալ ենք, այո, մեզ այստեղ մուսուլմաններ պետք չեն: Դուք, իհարկե, կարող եք ներկայացնել փաստաթղթերը, բայց ձեր դուստրը չի ընդունվի, ես դա երաշխավորում եմ»:

Փաստի վերաբերյալ Մուսաեւը բաց նամակ է հղել Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովին՝ կոչ անելով «միջոցներ ձեռնարկել կրոնական պատկանելիությամբ պայմանավորված ՌԴ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ խտրական վերաբերմունքին»:
