Եթե հանդիսավոր երեկոյի կամ կարևոր հանդիպման եք գնալու և կամ որևէ այլ միջոցառման, որին պետք է անպայման լավ տեսքով ներկայանալ, բայց նայելով ձեզ հայելու մեջ, դժգոհ եք մնում, տեսնում եք մանր կնճիռների ցանց, պարկիկներ աչքերի տակ, կարմրած կոպեր, լայն ծակոտիներ, ապա մի՛ հուսահատվեք։ Հետևելով մեր խորհուրդներին, որոնք բարդ չեն, կկարողանաք բառիս բուն իմաստով կես ժամվա ընթացքում շտկել այդ անմխիթար պատկերը, դառնալ ավելի երիտասարդ ու գրավիչ, պայծառ ու հանգստացած տեսք ունենալ։

Եթե մաշկը չոր է, դեմքը շփե՛ք սնուցող քսուքով (կամ կաթով՝ կիսով չափ խառնած ձեթով, լավ է՝ ձիթապտղի), իսկ եթե մաշկը յուղոտ է, ապա՝ լոսյոնով։
Եփե՛ք միջին մեծությամբ կարտոֆիլ, կեղևը մաքրե՛ք, տրորե՛ք պատառաքաղով և ավելացրե՛ք 1 թեյի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ կամ թթվասեր։ Այդ դիմակը տաք-տաք դրե՛ք աչքերի տակ՝ ստորին կոպի վրա և աչքերի արտաքին անկյուններին, ինչպես նաև բերանի շուրջը և պահե՛ք 20 րոպե։ Միաժամանակ վերին կոպերին 20 րոպե պահե՛ք խծուծներ՝ թաթախված երիցուկի կամ թեյի սառը թուրմով։ Փակե՛ք աչքերը և պառկե՛ք 20 րոպե, թուլացե՛ք։ Լավ է ոտքերի տակ մեծ բարձ դնել, դա կուժեղացնի գլխի արյան շրջանառությունը՝ այդպիսով լավացնելով դեմքի տեսքը։ Այնուհետև հանե՛ք խծուծները, լվացե՛ք կարտոֆիլի դիմակը սառը ջրով և ստորին կոպերին բարակ շերտով սնուցող քսուք քսե՛ք։
Կարելի է դեմքի և վզի մաշկը թարմացնել և կորյակների սև կետերից ու լայնացած ծակոտիներից այսպես ազատվել։ 1 ճաշի գդալ օճառաջուրը խառնե՛ք կես թեյի գդալ կերակրի սոդայի և կես թեյի գդալ մանր աղի հետ։ Թանզիֆը թրջե՛ք 3 տոկոսանոց ջրածնի գերօքսիդով, փաթաթե՛ք դրանով մատը և խառնուրդը շրջանաձև շարժումներով շփե՛ք սև կետերի վրա։ Միաժամանակ տարածե՛ք ամբողջ դեմքին։ Լվացվե՛ք 2-3 րոպե անց տաք, այնուհետև եռացրած-սառեցրած ջրով։

Դրանից հետո պատրաստե՛ք խմորիչի դիմակ։ Յուղոտ մաշկի համար. 1 ճաշի գդալ խմորիչը լուծել 3 տոկոսանոց ջրածնի գերօքսիդի մեջ այնպես, որ թթվասերի խտության խյուս ստացվի։ Չոր մաշկի համար, խմորիչը լուծել ձեթի մեջ, նորմալ մաշկի համար՝ կաթի մեջ։ Դիմակը քսե՛ք դեմքին բամբակե խծուծով, պահե՛ք 10-15 րոպե։ Եթե դիմակի ազդեցության ժամանակ այրոց զգաք դեմքին, ավելի շուտ հանեք։ Այնուհետև դեմքը լվացե՛ք տաք, ապա՝ սառը ջրով։ Եթե չոր մաշկ ունեք, դիմակը լվացե՛ք երիցուկի թուրմով կամ կաթով խառնած ջրով և սնուցող քսուք քսե՛ք։ Խմորիչի դիմակը առատ է B խմբի վիտամիններով և շատ սնուցող է մաշկի համար։ Այն կիրառելուց հետո մաշկը դառնում է փափուկ, բարձրանում է տոնուսը, լավանում են դեմքի գույնը, արյան շրջանառությունը և նյութափոխանակության գործընթացները, նեղանում են ծակոտիները, և նվազում է թառամածությունը։
Այս պարզ միջոցները նկատելիորեն կթարմացնեն ձեր դեմքը։ Այժմ մնացել է միայն շպարվել։
