Կյանքի համար առավել վատ պայմաններով բնակավայրերի թոփ-50-ում հայտնվել են, այդ թվում, Բոսթոնը (47-րդ տեղ), Պալո Ալտոն (49-րդ տեղ), երկրի մայրաքաղաք Վաշինգտոնը (46-րդ տեղ), Նյու Յորքը (44-րդ տեղ), Սան Ֆրանցիսկոն (42-րդ տեղ), Կանզաս Սիթին (31-րդ տեղ), Հյուսթոնը (24-րդ տեղ):
