Մոր ու որդու կողմից ոստիկանին ծեծելու գործն ուղարկվեց դատարան

Անցած տարվա ամռանը Վանաձորում մոր եւ որդու կողմից ոստիկանին ծեծելու գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է եւ գործն ուղարկվել դատարան: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը 2015թ. հուլիսի 31-ին գնացել է հարեւանուհու տուն, որտեղ եղել են միայն նրա անչափահաս դուստրերը: Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը ներսից կողպել է մուտքի դուռը, արգելել երեխաների ելքը եւ տանը սպասել է նրանց մոր վերադարձին: Շուրջ 1 ժամ անհարկի բարկացել է երեխաների վրա, պահանջներ ներկայացրել, պատվիրել այս կամ այն գործողությունը կատարել իր համար: Պատահմամբ բնակարան է այցելել մյուս հարեւանուհին՝ Մ. Հ.-ն, որը տեսել է արտասվող եւ իրենից օգնություն հայցող երեխաներին: Հարեւանները կատարվածի մասին ահազանգել են երեխաների մորը եւ ոստիկանության բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքին: Սակայն Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը չի ենթարկվել ոստիկանության ծառայողի պահանջին, վերցրել նրա հրազենը եւ հարձակվել նրա վրա, քաշքշել, հարվածել, հրել: Ոստիկանության ծառայողը կորցրել է հավասարակշռությունը, ընկել գետնին: Գրիգորյանը օգտվելով առիթից, փորձել է վերցնել հաշվեցուցակային զենքը, սակայն տեսնելով, որ դա չի հաջողվում, պատվիրել է մորը՝ աթոռով հարվածել ոստիկանի գլխին: Նելլի Գրիգորյանը կատարել է որդու պահանջը եւ աթոռով հարվածել է նրա գլխին: Ոստիկանը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց:

Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ եւ 6-րդ կետերով, 133-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ եւ 6-րդ կետերով, 137-րդ, 133-րդ, 147-րդ հոդվածների 1-ին մասերով եւ 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նելլի Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով: Վլադիմիրը կալանավորված է, իսկ մայրը ստորագրությամբ ազատ է արձակվել:

Գործը քննվում է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում: Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Գրիգորյանների հարեւանները մեզ պատմել էին, որ մայրն էլ, որդին էլ տառապում են հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ։ Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը հաշվառված է Վանաձորի հոգենյարդաբանական դիսպանսերում եւ տարբեր հանցագործությունների համար նախկինում 6 անգամ դատապարտվել է:
