Դեսպան Եսայանը պարգևներ է հանձնել ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի աշխատակիցներին

ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում հունիսի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել հայ-ռուսական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում ներդրած զգալի ավանդի համար, Ռուսաստանում գործող ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի հիմնադրման 20-ամյակի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով շնորհված պարգևների հանձնման արարողությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամուլի ծառայությունից, ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանը, բացման խոսքում շնորհավորելով ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Կոնստանտին Զատուլինին և աշխատակիցներին հոբելյանի առթիվ, ընդգծել է, որ իր գիտավերլուծական գործունեության երկու տասնամյակների ընթացքում կառույցն արժանացել է մեծ վստահության, հատկապես Հայաստանում նպաստելով նաև հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների առավել խորացմանը: «ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտը հետխորհրդային զարգացումների բարդ խճանկարում պատվով իրականացրել և շարունակում է իրականացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և տարածաշրջանային արդի հարցերի շուրջ ճշմարտության վերհանմանն ու ապատեղեկատվության կասեցմանն ուղղված իր առաքելությունը», - նշել է ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը:
Միջոցառմանը դեսպան Եսայանն ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի եվրասիական ինտեգրման և Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության զարգացման բաժնի ղեկավար, ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեևին հանձնել է ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով շնորհված Երախտագիտության մեդալը, իսկ Կովկասի բաժնի ղեկավար Ֆելիքս Ստանևսկուն՝ ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով շնորհված շնորհակալագիրը:
ՀՀ նախագահի շնորհակալագրերի են արժանացել նաև նույն ինստիտուտի տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Եգորովը և Միջին Ասիայի ու Ղազախստանի բաժնի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Գրոզինը, իսկ ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Մարկարովին շնորհվել է Երախտագիտության մեդալ:
Այնուհետև ելույթով հանդես է եկել Կ.Զատուլինը, ով բարձր պատվի արժանացնելու համար շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հայաստանյան իշխանություններին՝ նշելով, որ կառույցը հետագայում ևս կջանա նպաստել հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդմանը:
Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Մոսկվայում ԼՂՀ ներկայացուցիչ Ա. Անդրյանը, ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության դիվանագիտական անձնակազմը, ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ պետական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներն ու Մոսկվայում հայ համայնքային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները:
