Ինչ անել, եթե խախտել եք դիետան

Երբեմն, մի քանի շաբաթ տևած դիետան ու կամքի ուժի հաղթանակը տեղի են տալիս, և, չդիմանալով գայթակղությանը, խախտում ենք դիետան։ Ուրեմն ինչպե՞ս վարվել այդ դեպքում։
1․ Կանխե՛ք էմոցիաները։ Մի՛ տանջեք ձեզ մեղքի զգացողությամբ։ Ընդունեք դա որպես թյուրիմացություն, որը կրկնել պետք չէ։
2․ Համոզեք ձեզ, որ ամեն ինչ ճիշտ եք արել։ Որոշ մարդիկ իրենց համոզում են, որ ալկոհոլն օգտակար է առողջությանը, իսկ ծխելը հանգստացնում է նյարդային համակարգը։ Մտածեք, որ շատ ուտելն արագացնում է մարսողության գործընթացը։
3․ Քայլ հետ։ Ամենակարևորը հասկանալն է, որ մի անգամ դիետան խախտելը դեռ ֆիլմի ավարտը չէ, և ամեն ինչ կարելի է ուղղել։ Կարևոր է չմտածել «Դե որ խախտել եմ, ուրեմն կարելի է ամեն ինչ», ո՛չ, կանգ առեք և վերադարձեք առողջ սնունդին։
4․ Վերանայեք օրակարգը։ Երբեմն, դիետայի խախտումը հետևանք է չափազանց շատ արգելքների, վերանայեք օրակարգը և գուցե հարկ լինի թեթևացնել այն։
5․Ծրագրեք սնունդի ընդունումը։ Կարևոր է ոչ այնքան, թե ինչ եք ուտում, այլ այն, թե ինչ հաճախականությամբ։ Պետք է սնվել օրն առնվազն հինգ անգամ և նույն կալորիականությամբ՝ ուշադրություն դարձնելով սպիտակուցներին, ճարպերին և վիտամիններին։ Կազմեք սնվելու պլան և փորձեք չշեղվել դրանից։
