Հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները, ինչպես միշտ, բարձր մակարդակի վրա են:Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ եւլիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները  կենտրոնացած են 3 առանցքային ոլորտներում, որոնցից առաջինը տնտեսականն է, ինչի զարգացմամբ դեսպանը բավականին շահագրգռված է:

«Ես անընդմեջ այս հարցին եմ անդրադառնում, քանի որ երկու երկրների միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառաությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 50 մլն եվրո, ինչը շատ ցածր ցուցանիշ է եւ  չի համապատասխանում երկու երկրների քաղաքական եւ մշակութային ոլորտներում գրանցված շարժի ընդհանուր պատկերին: Եվ իմ կարծիքով` պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ  երկու երկրների տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտները դժվար են պատկերացնում այն հնարավորությունները, որոնք կարող են ընձեռվել երկուստեք համագործակցության շնորհիվ»,- ընդգծեց դեսպանը:

Նրա խոսքով` ոլորտներից մեկը նաեւ ֆրանկոֆոնիան է, որտեղ նույնպես կցանկանար շարժում տեսնել:   

«Արդեն երեք տարի է, ինչ Հայաստանը համարվում է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջագզային կազմակերպության լիիրավ անդամ, եւ ես կցանկանայի, որ հայերը նորից կարողանային ադապտացվել  ֆրանսերենին, այն  ավելի մոտ լեզու դարձնելուն: Մինչ անկախությունը Հայաստանում լեզվին տիրապետողները 93 հազարն էին, իսկ արդեն անկախությունից հետո այդ թիվը նվազեց` դառնալով 35 հազար»,-նշեց նա:

Որպես հարաբերությունների զարգացման 3-րդ ուղղություն՝ դեսպանը նշեց սոցիալական երկխոսության օժանդակումը:

«Նկատի ունեմ ավելի համակարգային շփումներ միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների հետ` Եվրամիության տարբեր ինստիտուտներ, Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ եւ այլն, մանավանդ, որ Ֆրանսիան թե՛ կառույցների հետ համագործակցության եւ թե՛ հատկապես մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում ունի հարուստ փորձ»,- եզրափակեց   Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեն:
