Դավիթ Բաբայանը ծիծաղելի է համարում Ադրբեջանի տարածած տեղեկությունը Բակո Սահակյանի` Բրյուսել այցելության վերաբերյալ

Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը ծիծաղելի է համարում ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների և արտգործնախարարության տարածած տեղեկություններն այն մասին, թե Բակո Սահակյանը Բրյուսել այցելել է կեղծ փաստաթղթերով: «Վիզաները կեղծելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը, որը տարածել են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները` հղում կատարելով իրենց արտգործնախարարությանը և պետական մարմիննե րին, պարզապես ծիծաղելի է, որովհետև արտասահման, մասնավորապես, ԵՄ երկրներ մեկնելու համար անհնար է կեղծել վիզաներ: Եթե այդ մարդիկ չեն եղել արտասահմանում կամ չեն գնացել դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններ, ուրեմն դա ուրիշ մի խնդիր է, բայց եթե տեսել են այդ գործընթացները, ուրեմն պետք է իմանան, որ այստեղ կեղծիքն անհնար է»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
Նրա խոսքով` Ադրբեջանը նման ապատեղեկատվություններ տարածում է երկու պատճառով: «Ադրբեջանը զգում է, որ չի կարողանում որևէ բան անել Արցախի հարաբերությունները տարբեր երկրների հետ զսպելու ուղղությամբ: Այսինքն, սա անկարողության դրսևորում է: Եվ երկրորդը` սա պարզապես շանտաժ է: Շանտաժ, որը հիմնականում այսպես կենտրոնացված է մի անհեթեթ պատճառաբանության վրա, թե իբր կեղծում են այդ վիզաները: Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանում և այդ երկրի արտգործնախարարությունում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան տրամաբանության հետ: Այս ամենը մեզ ոչ թե անհանգստացնում է, այլ պարզապես լավ առիթ տալիս ուրախանալու համար և տեսնելու, որ մենք շարժվում ենք ճիշտ ուղղությամբ»,- ընդգծեց ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը:
Հարցին` նման ապատեղեկատվությունների տարածումը կամ սահմանին լարվածության ավելացումը կապվո՞ւմ է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների սպասվող հանդիպման հետ, Դավիթ Բաբայանը պատասխանեց. «Սովորաբար նրանք ավելի ակտիվանում են հանդիպումների ժամանակ, տարբեր տեղեկություններ են սփռում: Այս առումով ինչ-որ ձևով կապ ունի, բայց նաև Ադրբեջանը վերջին այս այցելության ժամանակ, քանի որ մենք տեղեկացել ենք, որ տեղի են ունեցել կարևոր հանդիպումներ, չի կարողանում այս փաստերը հանգիստ ընդունել, դա առաջացնում է հիստերիա, որից էլ բխում են անհեթեթ մեկնաբ անությունները»:
Խոսելով Ադրբեջանի «սև ցուցակի» մասին Բաբայանը նշեց, որ նման երևույթը պետք է դատապարտելի լինի քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի կողմից, քանի որ ֆաշիստական համակարգի տապալումից հետո որևէ մեկը այդպիսի «սև ցուցակներ» չուներ:
