Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնանկ ԱԱ նախարարը իշխանությանը սպառնում է 2800 ինտիմ տեսանյութերով

Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության շնորհազուրկ նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովը, որը ներկայում գտնվում է տնային կալանքում, իշխանությանը սպառնացել է հրապարակել իր մոտ գտնվող 2800 կոմպրամատները` բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկներին մերկացնող ինտիմ տեսանյութերը:«Ազադլըգ» թերթն այս առնչությամբ գրում է, որ այն փաստը, որ իշխանությունների վերաբերյալ կոմպրոմատները հրապարակելու Էլդար Մահմուդովի սպառնալիքը շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել կենտրոնական բանկի` կալանքում գտնվող նախկին տնօրեն Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւի կնոջ` Զամիրա Հաջիեւայի ձերբակալության որոշումից հետո, պատահականություն չէ, քանի որ Էլդար Մահմուդովն ու Ջահանգիր Հաջիեւը խնամիներ են, եւ հնարավոր է` այդ տեղեկատվությունը իշխանություններին ուղղված ուղերձ է:

«Եթե այս դատողությունները հիմնավորված են, ապա մոտ ժամանակում Ադրբեջանում սենսացիոն փաստերի վկա կլինենք», -գրում է թերթը:

Թերթը գրում է, որ Էլդար Մահմուդովի ձեռքում իշխանությունների վերաբերյալ 2800 ինտիմ տեսանյութեր լինելու մասին լուրը հրապարակել է ԱԱՆ նախկին աշխատակից Արաստուն Օրուջլուն:

«Պատկերացրեք, որ մեծամասնությունը 50-ից բարձր տարիքի 2800 չինովնիկ եւ այդքան էլ սիրուհի տարիներ շարունակ զբաղվել են երկրի պետբյուջեի թալանով. տուն, ավտոմեքենա, շքեղ կյանք…Խոսքը մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի մասին է: Բնական է, որ այդ միջոցը ձեռք բերելու համար չինովնիկը թալանել է ե’ւ պետությանը, ե’ւ շարքային քաղաքացուն: Ադրբեջանում կայծակնային արագությամբ կարիերա կառուցած մեծ թվով գրավիչ տիկնանց բանակ է ստեղծվել: Չէ որ պահը գալու ժամանակ նրանք եւս կխոսեն…», -գրում է թերթը:

Ադրբեջանում լուրեր են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ Ազգային անվտանգության պաշտոնանկ նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովի դեռեւս ձերբակալված չլինելը կապված է հենց այդ ինտիմ տեսանյութերի հետ, քանի որ իշխանությունները վստահ են, որ նրա ձերբակալության դեպքում իրենց խայտառակող այդ տեսանյութերը կհայտնվեն սոցցանցերում:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ի հրամանագրով ԱԱ նախարար Էլդար Ահմեդ օղլու Մահմուդովին պաշտոնից ազատելու մասին: Նշվել էր, որ անցկացված հետազոտությունների ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ԱԱՆ բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների խումբը երկար ժամանակ հանցավոր գործողություններ է կատարել ձեռնարկատերերի նկատմամբ: Դրա վրա նրանք միլիոններ են վաստակել: Այսպես, Էլդար Մահմուդովի հանձնարարությամբ եւ ԱԱՆ գեներալների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ ԱԱՆ աշխատակիցների խումբը  գաղտնալսող սարքերով հետեւել է Ադրբեջանի բիզնես վերնախավի եւ միջին բիզնեսի հայտնի ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությանը: Հետագայում այդ բիզնեսմենների նկատմամբ հատուկ վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր են հավաքվել, իսկ հետո ԱԱՆ ղեկավարության հանձնարարությամբ հատուկ ջոկատայինների խումբն ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ է անցկացրել:

Մինչ այժմ զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից հեռացվել են ԱԱՆ 9 բարձրաստիճան, այդ թվում` 4 գեներալ եւ 100-ից ավելի միջին մակարդակի աշխատակիցներ, ձերբակալվել ԱԱՆ 50-ից ավելի աշխատակիցներ:
