Դեղնուցն առանձնացնել սպիտակուցից, դեղնուցը 100 գրամ շաքարավազի ու վանիլինի հետ հարել։ Ավելացել ալյուր ու խառնել։
50 գրամ շաքարավազի հետ հարել սպիտակուցը։
Միախառնել 2 զանգվածները, ավելացնել կարագը։
Սրտաձև ամանի մեջ լցնել խմորն ու թխել։

Ջուրը շաքարավազի հետ եռացնել։ Ավելացնել լիկյորը։
Լցնել խմորի վրա։
Կրեմ՝
Ժելատինը սառը ջրով բացել։
Ձվի դեղնուցն ու սպիտակուցը առանձնացնել, դեղնուցը շաքարի փոշու ու վանիլի հետ հարել։
Ավելացնել սերուցք, մասկարպոնե, ժելատինը, սպիտակուցը մի պտղունց աղի հետ հարել, ավելացնել կրեմին։
Խմորին քսել կրեմը, շարել ելակները, ժելե պատրաստել՝ ինչպես նշված է ձեր գնած ժելեի տուփի վրա, լցնել ելակի վրա։
