Հայաստանում այնպիսի մի վիճակ է ստեղծվել, որ դպրոցը եւ ընտանիքը երեխայի համար չեն կարողանում ապահովել ցանցում կրթություն, գիտելիք ստանալու մեթոդներ, եւ երեխաները ստիպված իրար են կրթում:

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ամենակարեւորը՝ ծնողները հստակ հասկանան, թե ցանցում ինչ վտանգներ են սպառնում երեխաներին:

«Մնացած բոլոր ոլորտներում ծնողները ավելի շատ փորձ ունեն, օրինակ՝ թե բակում ինչ կլինի, դպրոցում եւ այլն, իսկ համացանցում մենք հայտնվել ենք  այնպիսի մի վիճակում, երբ մեր երեխաները շատ փորձառու են եւ իրենց ծնողներից ավելի շատ բան գիտեն: Նրանց թվում է, որ համակարգիչները ասոսացվում են ինչ-որ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների հետ, եւ երեխաները շփվում են ավելի վեհ գաղափարների հետ, սակայն փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ երեխաները հիմնականում ժամանակն անցկացնում են սոցցանցերում կամ այն կայքերում, որոնք նախատեսված են ավելի բարձր տարիքի մարդկանց համար»,- ընդգծեց փորձագետը:

 Նա նշեց, որ այժմ երեխաները բավականին վաղ են հայտնվում համացանցում, երբ դրա կարիքը ընդհանրապես չկա:

«Երեխան չունի շփման խնդիր, քանի որ ծանոթները սփռված չեն աշխարհով մեկ, կարիք չունի տեղեկատվություն ստանալու, քանի որ նա ունակ էլ չէ այդ տեղեկատվությունը միայնակ ստանալու,  այդ իսկ պատճառով, երբ նա ժամանակից շուտ է հայտնվում համացանցում, նա գնում է դեպի խաղերը, որոնցից շատ դժվար է նրան պոկել, կամ էլ դեպի  սոցցանցերը, որտեղ էլ վերահսկողությունը շատ բարդ է»,-ասաց նա:

Փորձագետը խնդիրներից առանձնացրեց նաեւ երեխաների ձեռքում բջջային հեռախոսների առկայությունը, ինչը նույնպես անվերահսկելի է դարձնում նրանց գործողությունները:  

«Երեխաների ձեռքը չափից դուրս վաղ սմարթֆոն տալը նշանակում է նրան թույլ տալ անվերահսկելիորեն օգտվել  ցանցային բոլոր հնարավորություններից: Դպրոցներում նույնպես վերջերս ներմուծվել է ամեն երեխային մեկ պլանշետ ծրագիրը, այսինքն՝ փաստացիորեն երեխաները պարտադրված են մտնել ցանց: Կարեւոր է, որ երեխան կրթվի ցանցից օգտվելու տեսանկյունից, այսինքն՝ հասկանա վտանգները, իսկ երեխային առանց պատրաստելու միանգամից գցել այդտեղ, կարծում եմ՝ լավագույն որոշումը չէ: Մյուս կողմից՝ Հայաստանում դեռ չկա այդ մշակույթը, որ մարդ օգտվի սարքերի օգտագործումը սահմանափակող ծրագրերից: Եթե չմտցվեն այդ սահմանափակումները՝ ժամանակի, կայքի, խաղերի տեսակի, դժվար է իմանալ, թե մի քանի օր հետո ձեր երեխան որտեղ կհայտնվի»,-նշեց փորձագետը:

Նա շեշտեց ցանցային հետապնդում երեւույթի անտեսվածությունը, ինչի պատճառով համացանցում երեխաները ավելի են  վտանգվում:

«Երեխաները ինչ-որ տարիքում մեկի դեմ սրվելու հատկություն ունեն, իրական կյանքում դա գոնե վերահսկելի է, տեսանելի՝ ուսուցիչների, ծնողների համար, իսկ ցանցի դեպքում այդ խնդիրը դառնում է շուրջօրյա: Այս դեպքում ծնողի համար ամենակարեւորը անընդմեջ կրթվելն է, ինչպես նաեւ դպրոցի հետ համագործակցությունը»,- եզրափակեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:
