«Հայտնի բան է՝ երեխաների համար ինչ էլ անենք, մեզ էլի քիչ է թվալու: Ինչպես ծնողների դեպքում: Սա փոխադարձող ճոճանակ է, որովհետև մենք էլ ժամանակին երեխա ենք եղել, իսկ հիմա՝ ծնող:

Այսօր հունիսի 1-ն է, և ամեն պարագայում երեխաների հանդեպ վերաբերմունքի թեման, իր տարակերպ արծարծումներով, անխուսափելի է: Երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրը:

Հեռավոր թվացող այն ժամանակներում, երբ մենք էինք երեխաներ, այժմ արդեն գոյություն չունեցող պետության զորեղ քարոզչության հիմնական շեշտադրումը «երջանիկ մանկությունն» էր: Ու քարոզչությունը՝ քարոզչություն, բայց համոզելու համար առանձնապես շատ ջանքեր էլ չէին պահանջվում:

Գոնե 1960-ականներից հետո այդ երկրում դժվար էր պատկերացնել, որ կարող են լինել երեխաներ, որոնք կոշիկ չունենալու պատճառով դպրոց չեն հաճախում, կամ դասագրքեր չեն կարողանում գնել, կամ սոված են քնում: Հարկավ բոլորը յուղ ու մեղրի մեջ չէին լողում, բայց «միջին վիճակագրական երջանկություն» կար:

Ժամանակները վաղուց են փոխվել: Պատկերներն ու ընկալումներն էլ: Հիմա մուրացկանություն անող դեռահասը, այսինքն՝ այդ տեսարանը հազիվ թե զարմանալի թվա: Ինչպեսև աղբարկղ փորփրող դեռահասը: Ինչպես նորմալ հագուկապ չունենալու պատճառով դպրոց չհաճախող երեխան: Ինչպես իրողությունը, որ կան թերսնվող երեխաներ:

Ու ցա՛վն էլ հենց այն է, որ այդ ամենը արդեն օբյեկտիվ իրականության բաղկացուցիչ մասն է, արդեն շատերի համար սովորական պատկեր: Որքան էլ որ զանազան սոցցանցերում նման պատկերների վերաբերյալ վրդովված-խռովահույզ մեկնաբանություններ գրվեն՝ անխուսափելի անեծքային բացականչություններով, դրանից շատ բան չի փոխվում:

Առհասարակ եթե իրականում վրդովմունքն ու վրդովվողները շատ լինեին, ապա թշվառության պատկերները, գոնե երեխաների հետ կապված, պիտի որ նվազեին: Բայց ինչպես դա լինում է հաճախ, շատերն ընդամենը վրդովմունքը կամ զայրույթն արտահայտում են և... անցնում մեկ այլ թեմայի:

Եվ խնդիրն առօրեականանում է: Ու դա ամենավատն է, որ կարող էր լինել...

Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ վարչության (սա հենց անչափահասների հարցերով զբաղվող ստորաբաժանումն է) պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նելլի Դուրյանը երեկ ասաց, որ այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում երեխաների մուրացկանության դեպքերի աճ է գրանցվել:

Պարզվել է նաև, որ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվող բոլոր երեխաները գրանցված են դպրոցներում և դրանով զբաղվում են դասերից հետո: Հետաքրքիր է, որ այսօրինակ խնդիրներին առավել քան մոտիկից տեղյակ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչը այնքան էլ համամիտ չէ այն տարածված համոզմանը, որ մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվելու միակ պատճառը սոցիալական խնդիրներն են. «Այդպես վիրավորում ենք մեր այն ընտանիքներին, ովքեր գտնվում են սոցիալական ծանր վիճակում, բայց նրանց երեխաները չեն զբաղվում մուրացկանությամբ:»,–գրում է թերթը։
