ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը և ՉԺՀ դեսպանը քննարկել են երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցությունը

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն այսօր  ընդունել է Հայաստանում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիան Էրլունին։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը ներկայացրել է դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխումների արտագերատեսչական, անկախ քննչական մարմ ին ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ մեր երկրում իրականացված քայլերը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կառուցվածքը, լիազորությունների և գործառույթների շրջանակը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, դեսպանը փաստել է, որ հայ-չինական միջպետական հարաբերությունները զարգանում են համակողմանի՝ վերընթաց զարգացում արձանագերլով բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական, մշակութային, քաղաքական, և այս համատեքստում էապես կարևորվում է նաև իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցությունը։

Դեսպան Էրլունն արձանագրել է, որ Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության Նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ, Չինաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցության կենտրոնական կոմիտեի քաղբյուրոյի անդամ, իրավաքաղաքական հանձնաժողովի քարտուղար Մըն Ձիենճուի գլխավորած պատվիրակության՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցի նպատակներից էր ակտիվացնել և խորացնել հայ-չինական համագործակցությունը իրավապահ բնագավառում՝ համարելով, որ այն զգալիորեն կնպաստի երկկողմ քաղաքական կապերի ամրապնդմանը:

ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ իրավապահ մարմինների փոխգործակցությունն ունի իրավական կարգավորման բոլոր հիմքերն ու հնարավորությունները. ստորագրվել են ինչպես միջգերատեսչական, այնպես էլ՝ միջպետական պայմանագրեր՝ իրավական փոխօգնության վերաբերյալ, սերտ համագործակցություն է իրականացվում նաև ՄԱԿ-ի կոնվենցիաների շրջանակներում։ Բացի այդ, 2012 թ. ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հրավերով Հայաստան է ժամանել ՉԺՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Ցաո Ձյանմինը, և Երևանում ստորագրվել է համագործակցության կոնկրետ ծրագիր։

Արձանագրելով փոխգործակցության ձևավորված ավանդույթները և օրենսդրական կարգավորումները՝ կողմերը կարևորել են քննչական մարմինների միջև համագործակցության խորացումը, քրեական գործերով միջազգային-իրավական համագործակցության շրջանակներում տեղեկության օպերատիվ փոխանակումը։

Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել աշխատանքային կարգով շարունակել քննարկումները։  ՉԺՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիան Էրլունը ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց է կատարել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի շենքում, ծանոթացել աշխատանքային պայմաններին, առանձնին քննչական գործողությունների համար նախատեսված աշխատասենյակներին, գրադարանին։
