«Էրեբունի» ԲԿ–ի բժիշկները փրկել են գլխուղեղի կաթվածով հղիի կյանքը

Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ կատարվել է հղի կնոջ գլխուղեղի բաց վիրահատություն` տրեպանացիա: Դրան հաջորդել է կեսարյան հատումը: 19-ամյա կինը արու զավակ է ունեցել:  Երկու վիրահատություններն էլ, չնայած մեծ ռիսկին, ավարտվել են հաջողությամբ:

Ինչպես NEWS.am Medicine–ի թղթակցին պատմել է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ բարձր ռիսկի հղիների բաժանմունքի ղեկավար Էդիտա Ղարիբյանը, 19-ամյա  հղիի մոտ բժիշկներն ախտորոշել են մալֆորմացիա: Սա գլխուղեղի անոթների անեւրիզմա է, ինչն էլ 25 շաբաթական հղիության ընթացքում առաջացրել էր հեմոռագիկ ինսուլտ: Նրան հիվանդանոց էին տեղափոխել կոմային վիճակում:

Բժիշկները հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ կատարել են Հայաստանում դեռեւս աննախադեպ վիրահատություն` ռիսկի գնալով` թեեւ հաջողության շանսերը մեծ չէին, հակառակ դեպքում թե մոր, թե երեխայի կյանքը փրկել հնարավոր չէր լինի: 

Բացվել է գլխուղեղը, հեռացվել հեմատոման: Նախապես հրավիրված նյարդավիրաբույժների կոնսիլիումին մասնակցել է նաեւ ՀՀ գլխավոր նյարդավիրաբույժ Ռուբեն Ֆանարջյանը: Իսկ արդեն վիրահատությունն իրականացրել են «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ  նյարդավիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի կլինիկական ղեկավար Մամիկոն Եղունյանը եւ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ  նյարդավիրաբուժական բաժանմունքի վարիչ Վահրամ Համբարձումյանը:

Հղիի կյանքը փրկելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ էր պահպանել ու հսկել հղիությունը:  Մեկ ամիս հոսպիտալացումից ու լուրջ հսկողությունից հետո հղին դուրս է գրվել` 28 շաբաթական ժամանակահատվածում: Պետք էր պտուղը հասցնել կենսունակ ժամանակահատվածի եւ կատարել հաջորդ վիրահատությունը: Այս անգամ արդեն` կեսարյան հատում:

Կար կրկնակի անեսթեզիայից առաջացող բարդությունների ռիսկ` հաշվի առնելով վիրահատությունների միջեւ ընկած կարճ ժամանակահատվածն ու  հիվանդի խնդիրները: Սակայն այս թիմի աշխատանքը եւս հաջողությամբ է ավարտվել: Հղիության 34–րդ շաբաթում նրան նորից հոսպիտալացրել են եւ կեսարյան հատում կատարել: Այն իրականացրել են «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդօգնության գծով փոխտնօրեն Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանը եւ բարձր ռիսկի հղիների բաժանմունքի ղեկավար  Էդիտա Ղարիբյանը։ Եվ մայրը եւ երեխան լավ են:
