Մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը կյանքում գեթ մեկ անգամ հայտնվել է կյանքի խաչմերուկում, որտեղից չի իմացել, թե որ կողմ գնալ։ Հաճախ մարդը երկար տառապում է կարևոր որոշում կայացնելու շեմին։ Նրան տանջում է այն միտքը, թե ինչպես ճիշտ որոշում կայացնել։ Իրականում գոյություն չունի ճիշտ կամ սխալ ընտրություն։ Ուղղակի յուրաքանչյուր ընտրված ճանապարհ յուրահատուկ է և տարբերվող։ Պետք է միայն գտնել այն ճանապարհը, որով դուք ամենաշատը կուզենայիք անցնել։

Ներկայացնում ենք Ձեզ ամերիկացի քոուչ Սեմյուել Մաքկրի մեթոդը, որը իրոք գործում է։

1. Վերցրեք թուղթ և հասցեագրեք այն ինքներդ Ձեզ

Պատկերացրեք, որ դուք, երկար, տանջալի մտորումներից հետո, երկու կամ մի քանի ընտրությունից որոշում եք կայացրել  ի օգուտ միայն մեկի։ Մտածեք, այդ պարագայում ինչպե՞ս կփոխվի Ձեր կյանքը 6 ամսվա ընթացքում։

Պատկերացրեք և հանգամանալից գրեք, թե ինչպիսին կլինի Ձեր կյանքը այդ ապագայում՝ կես տարի հետո։ Մանրակրկիտ նկարագրեք այն Ձեզ համար՝ իր բոլոր դրական և բացասական կողմերով։ Մտածեք՝ ո՞ւմ հետ կլինեք, ինչո՞վ կզբաղվեք, որտե՞ղ և ինչպե՞ս կապրեք և ինչ հեռանկարներ կունենաք։

Հիշեք, որ Դուք նամակ եք ուղարկում ապագայից ներկայիս ինքներդ Ձեզ։ Երբ Ձեր առջև կբացահայտվի Ձեր կյանքի ամբողջական պատկերը, անցեք էմոցիոնալ մասին։ Պատմեք ինչպե՞ս եք ապրում և ի՞նչ եք զգում։ Առավելագույնս մանրակրկիտ։ Գո՞հ եք ժամանակին արված որոշումից, թե՞ Ձեզ ինչ-որ բան է անհանգստացնում։

3. Մի քանի օրից հանեք երկու նամակն էլ և կարդացեք

Ի՞նչ եք զգում կարդալու ընթացքում։ Երկու ճանապարհներն էլ մինչև հիմա հավասարազո՞ր են Ձեզ համար։
