Ալիեւը «հաջողված» է բնութագրել ԼՂ հարցով Վիենայի հանդիպումը

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը երկարատեւ լռությունից հետո, մեկնաբանելով մայիսի 16-ին Վիենայում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումը, հայտարարել է, որ Վիենայի բանակցությունների արդյունքները «հաջողված են»:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը` վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, Ալիեւը հայտարարել է Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ հրավիրված պաշտոնական ընդունելության ժամանակ:
«Վիենայի հանդիպումը հաջող էր: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ շուտով, ժամանակ չկորցնելով, կսկսվեն շատ լուրջ, ինչպես միջնորդներն են ասում` էական, այսինքն` բովանադակալից բանակցություններ», -ըստ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայության` ասել է Ալիեւը:
Ալիեւը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ընդհանուր քաղաքականության հիմնական հարցը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորումն է:
«Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշման մեջ ոչ մի փոփոխություն չկա», -նշել է նա եւ հավելել, որ հետագայում եւս «ամրապնդելու են երկրի ռազմական հզորությունը»:
Ներքին լսարանին ուղղված խոսքում Ալիեւը դարձյալ ասել է, թե «Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը բանակցությունների առարկա չի հանդիսանում»:
Ինչպես երեւում է` Ալիեւը վերջապես հասկացել է, որ իր երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը բանակցություններում դիտարկվում է առանց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության տարածքի:
Ալիեւը հանդես է եկել եւս մեկ զավեշտալի հայտարարությամբ, թե «հայերը, ինչպես ապրել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, թող այդպես էլ ապրեն», կարծես, արցախցիները երբեւէ մեկից, այդ թվում` իրենից ԼՂՀ-ում ապրելու թույլտվություն են խնդրել:
Ալիեւը չի մոռացել խոսել նաեւ սեփական բանակի «հզորության» մասին` մոռանալով, որ ապրիլի սկզբին ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիային ԼՂՀ-ի զինված ուժերի արժանի հակահարվածի արդյունքում հենց իր այդ «հզոր բանակը» հրադադար խնդրեց:
Վիենայի բանակցություններից հետո ԵԱՀԿ կայքում տեղադրված հայտարարության մեջ ասվել էր, որ «Նախագահները վերահաստատել են հրադադարին եւ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն իրենց հանձնառությունը: Հետագա բռնությունների վտանգը նվազեցնելու համար նրանք համաձայնել են ամենակարճ ժամկետներում ավարտին հասցնել ԵԱՀԿ-ի հետաքննական մեխանիզմների ներդրման աշխատանքները: Նախագահները նաեւ համաձայնել են ԵԱՀԿ-ի գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ընդլայնմանը: Ի վերջո, նրանք համաձայնել են շարունակել անհետ կորածների վերաբերյալ տվյալների փոխանակությունը Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հովանու ներքո` հաշվի առնելով 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Փարիզի գագաթաժողովի ժամանակ ստանձնած պարտավորությունները»:
